Marvin Homes started building custom homes in Cape Coral over four decades ago. Soon after, the need for quality construction helped us to expand into Fort Myers and the rest of Lee County. By the early 1990's we were building luxury homes in Collier County and the City of Naples. We regularly have ongoing projects in all these areas.
