From beginning to end I had a great experience with DnD Services. They scheduled someone to come look at my AC once it was not working then they explained the issues and my options in a way I could easily understand. Big changes are coming in the use and availability of AC coolant. This was explained to me and while I already knew a bit about it they educated me on further aspects that where important to my decisions about service. John and his entire team are just amazing. Our system was old and needed replacing. This we knew. The crew showed up when they said they would, they put down floor protection, and picked up after themselves. The system they put in is great and keeping us cool during this hot summer. The BEST a/c company! My restaurant a/c wasn't working very well (as you can see by all the dirt that's on it!). One of my friends mentioned D-N-D so I called them. Brian (totally awesome guy!) came out and cleaned my unit up on the roof. He even checked the filters (which were as dirty as the unit!), and replaced them as well. And, he told me it wouldn't hurt to buy an extra belt to keep in the unit on the roof, just in case the other one broke. Then, after all that, he made sure the temperature went way down on the thermostat before he left. My a/c is working like a charm now! This company is

We've used their company twice. They are friendly and fast! My central AC system failed yesterday. I called this morning. They fixed it today! He gave some pricing information on new systems and good advice also.
