North Texas Future Fence

I called NTFF because they built my fence and it needs a repair. One section is about to come down and I explained to them that I have dogs so it's especially urgent. Mike came out today to check the fence and I received a very short and abrupt text from him basically saying "we can't help you you're on your own"(see photo). I immediately called him asking for an explanation (which he should have done anyway) and he said it wasn't enough money and he would have to charge me a minimum of $2500 to make it worth his while. I can understand a company not doing repairs

We were recommended by Mike from a neighbor who had their fence done by his company. His fence was beautiful & well constructed, so I rcv’d contact info & requested a bid. Out of all others, I selected Future Fence Co. Besides having actually seen the work, his prices were fair & Mike was extremely knowledgeable & prompt in responding. Our fence was never installed correctly initially 10 yrs ago when we bought our home (no cement posts, sagging, gate wouldn’t close due to instability of fence, not termite treated, etc). North Texas Future Fence Company installed a fence for us in November of 2020. They did good work on the fence itself, but here are the reasons for the two star rating.

1. Their cleanup job was awful. There were nails everywhere. I found at least 15 in our driveway the day they left and I'm still finding them in our yard.
2. While testing my sprinklers in April, I realized one of the sprinkler heads was on the wrong side of the fence. I marked every sprinkler head before construction started, so they apparently forgot about one of them. Everyone makes mistakes, so I called in April

Fence is great. Power gate is great. Quality is great. Price is way overblown.
Had my fence over a year now. I was shopping around trying to get different options. Future fence does tons of fences in the neighborhood.
Price was considerably higher than others but after Mike promised a few freebies and inclusions I decided to go with him. Crown molding and doggy windows and stuff.
While the fence was being built I had to follow up a couple times because his guys didn’t put ANY gates in agreed location. So now they are in “afterthought” locations. The crown molding was never done and the

Have been waiting over 4 months for a fence repair to be done .Have called multiple times and no action. He even told me he would have it done in the next couple of days and nothing. I have meet the owner several times while walking dogs because he lives in the neighborhood at Deerfield and I see him every morning when he goes to work and he tries to avoid me. I would give this guy a minus rating if I could. Terrible customer service.

Cancelled an appointment because Sachse is too far for him to build a fence. Oh well, I'm sure someone can help me with a $20k+ build. *shrugs*

Such an amazing job. Went above and beyond. We had 2 other companies come out and one priced us at 25% more and the other just flat out said it couldn't be done. But Mike and his crew made it happen. We love our new fence!

It came out excellent. Mike addressed each and every concern and request I had. He was very upfront on what he can do. There was a few days delay due to weather and the project completed later than we originally planned, still both me and my wife are very happy with the end result

I contacted North Texas Future Fence to get a quote on a fence repair and modification of an outbuilding. Mike Kaplan (owner) came and met me the next day and provided me a quote at the time of our meeting. I provided Mike with the timeframe I wanted the project completed, and he came in on time and on budget. He came to the site every day and called in to keep me posted on their progress. After the project was completed, all debris was removed and it looks great. They built a new gate that looks awesome. I am very happy with the experience and would recommend them for anyone looking for a fencing

MIke's work is fantastic. I especially like the wrought iron gates he incorporates into his wood fences. If you want a fence that looks like it was built by a craftsman, give Mike a call. Very impressive.

While I appreciate someone needing to make a living and trying to get a sale.
I don't appreciate someone ringing my bell at 1:21 pm on a Saturday especially with a No Soliciting sign present.
And to have the audacity to walk around my yard and peep in my gate to look at my backyard when I have Property Under Video Surveillance and Trespassers Will Be Prosecuted signs up!

If I want or need someone to do work on my house or property I will make that call.

For future reference do not leave business cards or mailings at a home that has No Soliciting. And don't trespass this is not the safe

North Texas Future Fence put a new fence in for us a few years ago. It was re-stained again after the spring of 16 hail storm and still looks new. Everything is still super solid. It'd be nice if all our projects happened as smoothly as the fence project. Mike and team did a real nice job.

Watch your estimate, tricky sales job, doesn't show up, can't get crews to work. Would definitely go with a better company.

Fantastic company and a flawless product. I hired North Texas Future Fence Company to build me a new fence. I was so pleased with the results that I had them come back and build a patio cover for me. Again I was so pleased, I had them come back yet again and build me a deck and an outdoor kitchen.
Mike and his crew and very professional and easy to work with. They use quality materials and produce superior results. If you are in the market for an outdoor project, I would highly recommend North Texas Future Fence Company. You will not be disappointed.

Overall good quality and better than the replaced existing fence. They added features such as customized gates style and privacy extension.
The debris from the previous fence was removed, the contiguous grounds were manicured, and even additional dirt was brought in to even out the grounds.

Mike is a fantastic person to deal with, I would recommend him to anybody looking for a high quality fence. We obtained a quote from Mike over a year prior and when we were ready to get started he had our quote handy. Over a year later!. If you are in Plano look around at his work, 10 yrs later his fences look outstanding. A rare sense of customer service that is sorely lacking in service providers.
