After kicking out an ominous burning smell, my furnace stopped working late on Saturday night. On Sunday morning, I began calling several HVAC companies to see if they would be able to support emergency service to get my heat working. Bolkema was the only company to answer my call with a live person, and arranged for someone to come out within 2 hrs of my call. The serviceman also called me to let me know when he was on his way. After troubleshooting the issue, the broken part was repaired and I was back in business with heat. The serviceman was super friendly and got the job done efficiently.

Let me start by saying I've been in the property management business for 28 years so I know an excellent vendor when I see one. this company hit the nail on the head when it comes to customer service, reliability, and more importantly expertise in the field of HVAC . For example the service man came within an hour of calling not only was he polite but he was on it without hesitation, he clearly explain the situation and what is needed to repair the problem needless to say the repair was completed within 45 minutes and extremely reasonable price I highly recommend them

At first, I was a little apprehensive in having a heating company fix my A/C, but the whole experience was great! They were able to fit me in the same day, were almost on time, and got me up and running quickly.
They replaced the A/C capacitor and even hooked up my C wire for a very reasonable price, especially considering they took care of everything the same day I called.

Bolkema is the most professional and reliable oil company I've ever used and their prices are definitely fair. John is very responsive and always does his best to get a truck out to me as quickly as possible. When I do run out of oil, they almost always get to me that same day. I highly recommend Bolkema and wouldn't use anyone else.

I had an issue with my second heater in my house. I called Bolkema hearing and a.c company and they sent there crew out the same day to see what the problem was. ( I used them previously to replace my main heater a few years earlier). The men called me an hour ahead of time to verify I would be available to meet them at the house. ( that was so helpful bring my wife couldn't be home and I was at work also). I met them at the time they said they would be there and resolved my heater issue!
