The only reason I gave this company 2 stars was because of the final product and installer Joe. Joe did an amazing job and communicated very well on the final day of installation. The same CANNOT be said about the owner. Our start date was pushed back almost a month. Initially we were very understanding, but quickly it began to sound like excuses after excuses. There was also NO communication during the process. My husband reached out one evening with questions and concerns about gaps in our yard as well as our neighbors. He received no response for 24 hours until we reached out on my phone, a

Not sure what went wrong with the other people, but I had a wonderful experience with them. Not only did their estimate for a custom wood fence come in $2k less than the other quote I received, but they doubled the number of posts as well to make the horizontal plank fence more stable. From the estimate meeting with David, to the post crew, to the fence installer, the Quality Fence team was nothing but professional and efficient. I would highly recommend giving them a shot!

RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run really fast...LISTEN TO ME..."DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE" you will regret it...I have had an horrible experience with this company...I'm pissed!!! They take my hard earned cash...offer me a 1 year warranty and they DO NOT honor it...my fence post 4X4 at the top is not even straight across, and they did not call he Back, David had a attitude with me...I had to pay somebody else to help me fix the problem which was VERY VERY small...I will NEVER NEVER FORGET this company and if somebody ask me if I know a fence company I'm going to tell them ...DO NOT CALL

Dave Munn promised repeatedly to come finish the fence they put up with boards to cover the metal brackets that show at each post. After dodging me for about a month, and 3 separate promises to do the work, they finally show and try to cover 3.5" boards with boards only 3" wide. It looks horrible and he will not honor our agreement to cover the brackets, and was rude, combative, and hung up on me during our conversation. Horrible service and no pride in their work at all.
