Definitely not pleased with the time it took them to finish the job, almost two months from start to finish. The gate I ordered was not ready when they came put the fence up so they put a whole fence panel up as a place holder until the gate was delivered, almost a week later…in the mean time I couldn’t enter backyard from my drive way. When they finally got the gate they installed it backwards, thus allowing the gate to swing out to my drive way, I specifically asked them to have the gate swing into my yard as I have a dog who’s smart enough to use a lever style handle to open doors, resulting

My experience with Indy’s finest fencing was excellent. They were on time. My crew was friendly professional and nice. Big thanks to Jordan, Chad, and Lenny from Indy’s Finest Fence. They installed an Aluminum fence in our backyard and it looks fantastic! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They do not work with people to get problems taken care of. They hide behind their receptionist when a problem arises. They do NOT stand behind their work, and will not talk to get to a resolution. They just want you to go to your insurance so you have to pay a deductible instead of working with you to go after Duke, if it was actually Dukes fault. You say you have paperwork stating it's Dukes fault... but won't work with me to help get my things taken care of. Great way to run a company. Poor customer service, poor owners won't even speak to customers

Fantastic experience with Indy's Finest Fence. The crew, Jordan, Chad, Trey and Jared were great.

Bought the fence through Lowe's and they were hired to do the install. On the day of install we got a courtesy call about 45-60 mins prior to arrival. When they got to our home, Jordan walked the property and made sure they had all the details right. They installed the fence quickly and didn't leave a mess. After the job was done, Jordan walked the whole fence line with us showing us the fence and the latches, and answered any questions we had. Lowe's had forgotten to deliver

I contracted Lowe's to put a vinyl fence around my patio. Indy' Finest Fence came out in July and worked on the L shaped fence. It was all fine. In October, the fence blew down. The anchor post was not secure in the ground and the fence blew out of alignment causing the pieces to blow away. When I called Lowe's, they first said, "we don't cover wind damage" I was very patient to explain that this was not wind damage but a poor install on the anchor post. Proceed with caution. Make sure work is complete and you have proof of payment.

Lots of phone tag involved to get work done in addition to half money up front for a small job taking about two months to get work done. A forty foot section of chain link fence was to be put up, a two foot section replaced (work never completed), and a damaged cross member repaired.

When asked after work was done how they would like payment, we were informed the boss likes cash. Workman was paid and scurried away without giving us a receipt. Called and the business thankfully they e-mailed a receipt. About one
