I got the fence two years ago....3 months in I need repairs....then a year later I needed repairs again. And now another year after that...I need to find someone to do even more repairs because my double door gate keeps sagging horribly to the point I can hardly close it. That was my primary concern to begin with and the assured me I would not have that issue with them and that is the main issue I have had since choosing superior. I paid too much money to have to keep paying to have people come out and fix something that shouldn't be an issue to being with. I'm beyond disappointed with them and

The office staff and contractor they outsourced to do the work, were great! However, their service rep, Rick, was not easy to work with, did not quote the job as I requested nor provide the product I requested even after calling him back to verify the type of fence boards they’d be utilizing. I was relocating from one city to another with horses and did not have time to send the product back and was quoted more for using the boards I originally requested. Not a good experience and would not recommend!

Superior Fence did an excellent job with my families ranch custom gate. I couldn't be happier with their service. Everyone I spoke to, from their salesman, to their office personnel, their mortar guys, and install technician were very courteous and professional. I hired Superior Fence Co of SA to install a Wood fence and steel cable handrailing in a highly detailed and difficult installation. It honestly went BEYOND my expectation in quality. The crew were/are truly amazing! The overall project is not done yet, so the pictures will not give full justice, but you can see the quality and design. The crews came out several times to measure and adjust so there were no issues. It looks absolutely amazing! Worth the investment. Thanks to Rodger and his team!
