There is no other place that I would consider at this time other than Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge to purchase my fleet of vehicles. The salesman are very knowledgeable, sales manager aggressively tries to make all deals happen and the General Manager Tony Reeves makes it all come together. Truly a professional dealership to place your trust in !!!!

I don’t know why anyone would give this dealership a one star for their service! We were here yesterday & a lady was complaining about something that wasn’t even related to service. Joe (service manager) was very diplomatic in trying to answer her question. She became unreasonably frustrated. We have had great experience with this service department!! They keep us informed of the repairs needed for our vehicle before they perform them & have them done in a timely manner! Great service!

Savannah was my service writer and when I called the day before she was quick to help me. I was price shopping tires for my Ram and she was very nice and cheaper than the other two places I called before especially when the other places wanted $300 or more for the same tires without an alignment. This place is Great .. lake wales Dodge/Chrysler on hwy 27 … The salesman Patric is the most honest salesman ever. There was no hidden anything and everything he said was the truth and he was a man of his word. I got a 2018 ram 2500 really really great price. They filled the truck up with diesel. Then we dealt with financing and the guys name is Mike and it was the smoothest paperwork ever. We liked him too because he was totally honest no hidden fees, no trying to sell us stuff that we don’t want and no pressures from Patric or Mike or anybody there. We had a great experience at lake wales CDJ from start to finish. Chief, the salesman that assisted me, was great and very helpful. Chief helped me find the perfect truck for my family. Finance was great at explaining the details at signing and making sure we understood the fine print without wasting valuable time. When I went to get the truck it was nicely detailed cleaned in and out and ready to drive off the lot! Smooth transaction and worth the visit.

I went to this location because I was not pleased about the extremely high price at another Dodge dealership for an oil change. I paid much less here for the oil change service. Joe was a great help and very honest and transparent with me. He even price matched another service I needed done. They are very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be taking my Dodge car here for any future service needs.

I can’t say enough about this dealership. Probably the best car buying experience ever. Mario my sales guy was phenomenal he pulled out all the stops for me and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. He wasn’t one of those typical pushy sales people. The finance department was great they got me in and out within 60 minutes. Normally when you’re at a car dealership it takes hours and hours but this place was fantastic. A great deal on a car and a great experience I couldn’t be happier.
