Nice waiting room..poor customer communication.
Had some recall work done that said it would take 1/2 hour. I sat for over an hour and asked the status of the repair, they just said there are people ahead of me...that's fine if they could have told me. It took two hours and they could care less. I will never go back.

I had this dealership perform a multi-point inspection on my fiance's car. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and courteous. The service advisor that helped me, Jay, was awesome! Called to schedule an appointment for a recall on my airbag emblem. Was told everything was in stock and service would be approximately an hour. I brought my vehicle there, was told it would be around an hour and a half. After two hours of waiting, I checked the status and was then told 30 more minutes. After waiting there for close to 3 hours, I was told it is done for the day but it is missing the airbag cover as they have to order it and Chrysler requires a two step process for this recall. Nothing was wrong with my previous cover and I was told it was not broken but it needs a new one. Then

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation last Week. When I arrived they told me there would be a 3 1/2 hour wait. They suggested I reschedule which I did. When I got there today they told me they would do their best to get to my vehicle but there were 2 cars ahead of me. My frustration grew as the time ticked by. I was there for 3 1/2 hours today. After I'd been waiting for over 2 hours I went and asked how much longer and was told they would be starting work on my car very soon. Granted they gave me a preferred customer discount when I checked out but that didn't make me feel any

I scheduled a service appointment to maintain the recommended routine maintenance on my Jeep. When I arrived at the Service Dept., Jay provided me with phenomenal customer service. And I also interacted with Chris in the service department. All my concerns were fulfilled and the Jeep was returned to me within the timeframe promised. Made an appointment for an oil change. Absolute chaos check in process. Maybe the manager should have grabbed a tablet too rather than walking around “kissing babies”. I was told it would probably take a little longer than “normal” maybe like 1.5 hrs when I finally got checked in. Well it took 3 hrs. This is not a “express lane” anything. Maybe don’t schedule so many appointments if you don’t have staff to cover it. Quit blaming Covid and start managing your business with the staff you have.

Both times that I’ve come to this dealership it’s been more than 3+ hours for something simple (oil change, tire patch) and I made an appointment both times. What is the point of making an appointment if they make you wait 3 hours before your vehicle goes into service!? That’s not reasonable at all.

Once again had my car serviced here for an oil change. Received exceptional service. My service advisor, Yareli Romero, was very helpful and attentive to what I needed done. She offered options and savings. She also took her time to explain the discount i received and was very courteous and patient throughout my whole experience. Nice, clean dealership with the typical new car process. The Finance Manager was a plus. Only briefly mentioned extended warranty with no pressure at all and no pressure to buy anything else.
