I agree the products from this company are sub par. We purchased through a dealer who was aghast at the sagging fabric on the cubicles and the lack of response to fix it by the manufacturer. They have lost out on hundreds and thousands of dollars of business from this dealer who will no longer carry their products. I will never again use them for my future projects as a office interior designer.

Purchased office equipment from Friant through OSEI in Michigan. Friant produces defective/damaged furniture and did not seek to make it right. They refused to intervene and assist in fulfilling their warranty. Be sure to check with whoever is selling you their products what will happen if you received chipped desktops, missing keys, broken overhead draws. This company will not stand behind its products.

I work for Friant. Hayward warehouse. Worst company to work for. We worked hard the whole year and they refused to give us our Christmas bonus. We get paid the minimum wage and they treat us like animals just because we are Latinos. Someone needs to do something about it. Our supervisor, Jose, doest care about us. Forklift people drive like if they're in the freeway. It's not a safe place to to work. We want to spend the 24th with our families but they want us to work. We are not asking them to pay us but just to give us the day free so that we can cook dinner and have everything ready
