Water appeared on the bathroom floor after emptying the sink. Ricky found the leak and did a surgical drywall removal to gain access to 2 copper drain lines. He worked diligently for hours to do a very neat repair. We are very pleased with Ricky's work and work ethic! We would not hesitate to call the company in the future.

November 30,2021. My main drain was clogged. I usually get it myself but it was really clogged this time. The technician was Ricky. I told him the problem he got his equipment and went to work. He said he would show me what he was doing. He explained everything and was very polite I enjoyed talking with him. He had to clean it out couple times cause of roots. When done he recommended camera inspection which will be at a later date. Ricky you were awesome and very polite. I would want him again. Thank you. Karol

My sister woke up to a flooded basement and felt very overwhelmed. We had used Ed Rike before and she called hoping that they were available immediately. The service received was excellent. The service men, Ricky and Nate were on time. They were very thorough. They came on time and both men showed respect and professionalism. while they completed the work. My family appreciated their work and will recommend them to others.
