Have used them in the past and was very happy. Made an appointment to have my air conditioner serviced. Was supposed to arrive between 1-3. At 4:00 I called to find out when they would be arriving. No answer and left a message. They never showed up nor returned my call. I understand emergencies come up that may cause a rescheduling but to not call to reschedule or return my call is not good business and can’t recommend them.
