I would highly recommend HotShots. I called them at 8:30pm on a Friday night and they answered, willing to come out ASAP to fix my clogged shower drain. While I did not need them to come out right away, they were there Saturday morning to assess the situation. Both Dalton and his other team member (I can't remember his name) were very professional. We ended up needing to replace the whole drain mechanism/stopper in the shower, which included cutting a hole in the wall to gain access to the shower pipes. All of this work was done very well. They cleaned up after themselves and the shower is as good

I had a slow (and stinky) pipe, called Hot Shots & was delighted to be told that they could get to my home the same day! ! Within a few hours, I received a call from Ron who indicated that he was on his way. Ron was clean, prepared, organized & professional.
