The staff is great. Very friendly and kind people. If I based my review only on that, they'd get 5 stars. But I've used them twice for bug/spider treament and have not had the best experiences. Both times the spray took over 4 hours to dry vs. the 30-45 mins it was supposed to take. The first time their spray can had a peice break off in our garage, so it sprayed too much and my puppy was vomiting for the rest of the day. Not their fault, just a freak accident. But the last time they came, the treatment did basically nothing for our bug/spider problem(which isn't a severe problem, just a normal

Second Opinion has been my termite and pest company since 1994. This company has performed our termite inspections and quarterly pest services on both homes we have owned and has always provided excellent service. They have also taken care of crawl space issues with installation of fans and replaced our moisture barrier. Thanks to Second Opinion, we have been trouble free from pests and moisture issues.
