Arrived early, worked non-stop, got the work done quickly. Definitely using them again.

I was moving from Cottonwood to Prescott Valley which is about an hour drive. The movers did not show up to Prescott Valley for almost three hours. They told me they were going to stop for lunch but I did not realize that it would be almost three hours do so. When they were moving things out of my back yard they left my back gate open and I was not aware. I let my dogs into the yard when they had left and all three of them went running down the street. There are a few boxes missing, and I have unpacked every box that they moved, and I still cannot find them. I contacted the company and I was told

Can I just say I was beyond impressed. Both employees were professional punctual and worked efficiently and communicated my needs regarding the loading of my belongings. 100 percent recommend. This literally took so much stress and anxiety off me. Well worth the reasonable cost. Be sure to tip well, they definitely deserve it. Hard to find hard workers these days.

They showed up late because they were lost. The Firemen Movers dented our brand new refrigerator by placing a toolbox next to it and not adequately buffering the two with blankets/padding, resulting in a series of dents in the bottom freezer door. The crew lead said he would get a replacement door. We waited 8 weeks. We called Chris Pena the customer service rep and he called back and requested the links to aftermarket replacement doors, which we emailed to him. Never heard anything after that. I guess my experience is an exception. They dropped the ball with me. I was contacted by a woman in their office, in response to my wanting to book them for my move, but that’s as far as it went. She said I would in turn be contacted by a gentleman who would come out and survey my household. He never did. No return calls. Nothing. Very unreliable, at least in my experience with them.

Great experience from scheduling, loading to storing. 4 pleasant young men on time, clean and engaging. Fast! 2-story, 3-bdrm house carefully packed up with protective blankets. They ran from truck to house! Unloaded and stored in two 10x10 units. Completed in < 2-hrs. Will use them when I move to new house. Highly recommended.
