We used this company at the end of January, 2021 for an out-of-state move (they packed and loaded our truck). Once we were in our new home and unpacked, we realized that quite a few pieces of furniture were damaged- large chips missing from wood furniture, dents, dings, a linen headboard that was not even covered that was filthy black, etc. The company was contacted and said they would begin a claim to have repairs made. After months of waiting, and repeated calls to this company and their insurance company, NO repairs were actually made. No compensation offered. In fact, I can’t even get a callback

Unfortunately some very expensive items were damaged during our move. Including a large TV and two white couches. They not only refused to make this right but the company was very unprofessional, dishonest and flat out disrespectful. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

We lived 3 hours south of Prescott and coordinated this move by text and photos. After the piano comment below I was nervous. No need! 3 men and a big truck came into 105 degree weather and worked extremely well as a team! We were loaded in 4 hours. They NEVER stopped working while dripping wet from sweat!!! Off to Prescott! Next morning began unloading at 8am with no scratches or anything broken. Put beds together, moved around furniture to my liking with a smile. Burt (Air Force vet), Brandon (Navy vet) and James (Army vet) have different skills for moving, organizing and putting things together

I used this company to move back to the valley. John came out and we went through what I would be taking and gave me a quote. I had a piano so had interviewed several companies and he assured me they moved them all the time.
They sent out 2 guys with a few blankets and one dolly - no piano dolly! Here are a few of the problems that day:
1 - It took us six hours to load the truck - which included myself and my brother to load.
2 - no piano dolly to load a Yamaha Conservatory Piano
3 - Could not fit all my items on the truck, so I had to leave $6000 worth of items behind. There solution was for

After a last minute cancellation from a different Moving Company, I contacted this one and was able to schedule an appt the same week. They really helped me out of a bind, and could not have been more professional, friendly, completely empathetic and went out of their way to complete my move thoroughly, on time and quickly. Could not be more pleased !!!
