Wonderful service. A two hour install turned into seven hours. They explained why, spent hours in our attic to install proper duct works. I appreciate their professional knowledge, they corrected a 20 year poor install of a stove duct work. Thank you Dan, Kevin and Lorenzo.

Happy heating and air conditioning was great! Matt was very informative and helpful as he pinpointed what was wrong with our old air conditioning unit and helped us choose a new model. His team worked diligently to install the unit and while they were at it they diagnosed and repaired an issue with our heater. Couldn't be happier!

I highly recommend this company. Our AC wasn't working on a 95 degree Sunday. We decided to wait it out until Monday morning (trying to avoid the "emergencycost" most AC companies will charge to come on a Sunday). My wife heard great things about Happy Heating and Air on the Next Door App, so I quickly headed to Yelp to see what was what. I quickly saw their perfect rating, so I decided to give them a call. Oh boy are we so "HAPPY" we did. We called on Monday morning, and I spoke on the phone with Matt. He informed me that he would be able to squeeze me in that afternoon

Had Happy Heaters install a new AC unit at a small home that had previously had the AC unit ripped out at the pad and evaporative cooler. Matt and his team were able to salvage the old lines, install a new unit using the existing electrical and did not try to overcharge, overcomplicate or oversell a unit we did not need (like other vendors did).… The crew installed and had everything up and running in one day and arrived on time and were very professional. I got three bids and Happy Heaters came in at less than half the highest bid with a lot less “salesman” approach. I respect

Happy installed a new gas furnace and central AC in March of 2021.
I waited until now; to make sure the AC worked in summer heat, to make my review.
Both the AC and furnace work fine.
However, the furnace has a very noticeable tilt to one side. The base on which it sets is level.
Also, they had to come back to properly strap down the gas supply line.

Matt did a fabulous job!
Installed a/c in our old farmhouse that we had just purchased. He went above and beyond with a difficult installation. We had to get NVEnergy to make an emergency visit and he helped me get this done, he personally went to purchase essential electrical parts (that was not part of his job) and did all this before they showed up. He came back when the weather warmed up to make sure everything was working correctly. He is patient, professional, responsive and an all around good guy. I highly recommend his services.

My furnace started smelling and I called Happy Heating and Air Conditioning. They came out that day. I needed a new furnace and they ordered one immediately. The next morning they arrived with the new furnace, and replaced the bad one. They were professional and knowledgeable and I was very pleased with their service and will use then again.

My house in Sparks had a heating issue. These guys were quick to respond and attend to the issue (were available same day). My tenants told me that they came on-time, attended to the issue, fixed them. Further, my tenant advised me that the tech who came out was thorough and professional. Later I had a billing issue with the company and the owner was quick to work with me to resolve this matter.

Ken gave us the initial quote and spent HOURS with us over a couple weeks explaining everything and answering all our questions. He wasn't just a sales guy trying to move on to his next estimate. This is a local, family business and it's evident they care about each and every customer.
The install took quite bit longer than they had initially planned bit it was no fault of theirs. They just ran into some issues and I gladly would have had them

Happy Heating gave me by far the best experience I've ever had with an HVAC company. Matt, the owner was very friendly and professional. He fit me in on a cancellation getting out the same day I called him in the middle of the summer heat. Price was fair and reasonable. Plus it's locally owned! Can't be beat as far as I'm concerned
