We had issues with our AC. J-Tech was dispatched to us through our home warranty. We contacted them over the phone. We spoke to Brittany and they were able to get a technician out to us the same day. Jonen arrived within the specified time frame. He did a thorough look over our system and determined we had a faulty thermostat. He was very professional. Installed new thermostat and verified the entire system was operation. We were very pleased with our service.

I had an AC unit in our home go out. I called J Tech and they were very responsive. The unit was 20 years old (compressor, coil, and furnace) and the J Tech team gave me several options to choose from in fixing the unit, from replacing the coil to doing a full system replacement. I had two other companies come out and take a look and give me bids before ultimately choosing J Tech to do the work. I 100% recommend J Tech Mechanical. I struggled with my home warranty getting a good company out to replace my drain lines so I hired j tech myself and they fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. We called them when we had issues with a coil under warranty. The employee Kenny gave us the HIGHEST quote. $1,500!!! Several companies we called all gave us quotes for waaay less! All quotes were $650-900.
We ended up getting it done for half of what your employee wanted to charge us.
Kenny charged us $240 before he left. $165 for 3lbs Freon and $75 for serv

So here in Houston its no secret about the heat. We came home to a house that was 85° around 730 at night. I got on the phone and called J tech and their night the service answered and said we would get a call in the morning. After one pretty hot and sweaty night I talked to them explaining that I took off work to be home for the repair. Cara called me back and said they were sending a tech right over. The air air-conditioning was fixed by 10 o'clock that morning. The service was fast and the price was fair. This business is one I definitely would recommend to everyone. Thank you J Tech
