Great customer service. Zac did a great job from selling the work to completing the work. I was told by a competitor whom you see advertising on tv a lot that my complete system was shot which was not true. Country Air looked at my system and did the necessary cleaning and repairs for 20 percent of their competitors quote and system runs better than it has in a long time. Honest company that will get my business every time.

I had a really nice experience with this company. Called on a Tuesday, they were able to come out first thing Wednesday morning. The tech Shannon was on time, clean, quick, kind, and didn’t mind showing me what was going on with my system and offer suggestions. I had a blocked AC drain, which got cleared out easily and then had yearly maintenance checks on both my heating units - which seemed thorough and not rushed. I thought the pricing was comparable to what I’ve paid other companies in the past. Overall good experience, will use again

I called on Thanksgiving morning because my upstairs wasn’t cooking and the outside Condenser fan wasn’t turning on. Gavin immediately called me, said it was no problem to come out today … he came out, figured out the issue, replaced the thermostat all before 1pm same day. Wow!!! Terrific service and had a smile on the whole time.

Work hours about needing my AC unit looked at. I received a return call the next morning and they scheduled a visit for a few hours later. My AC needed a capacitor, which they had in their truck, so my AC was repaired the same day. With temperatures of 95-100 I was very grateful and pleased at such quick service! I highly recommend Country Air!

Great service and people! Our ac stopped producing cold air so I gave them a call on a Friday morning. But early afternoon it was running perfectly and I didn’t even need to leave work. Very impressed with their professionalism…definitely recommend!

Will showed up right on time. He is a very knowledgeable Engineer who stepped me through the whole inspection process and provided excellent feedback. Family owned business that ensures that you are taken care of!! Within 45 minutes of me calling I had a technician at my front door who was courteous, and came in and diagnosed the problem with my AC quickly! He even taped the sink when he blew out my AC drainage lines so that there wasn’t a mess in the bathroom! Reed was his name and he was great! He called to let me know when his time of arrival would be! This is a great family company who really take care of their clients with quality care!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!! Thanks Country Air for being number 1 in my book!!

We had a great experience with Country Air when our upstairs AC recently stopped working. It was easy to schedule the appointment (the tech came out with in 24 hours). The tech was super professional and polite. He identified our issue and was able to provide a low cost immediate fix and suggested (but didn't push) some things we might want to consider for the future. Since our units are pretty old, we'll more than likely need to replace them in the near future. Country air seems super honest and their pricing was fair so we'll more than likely use them for this big job as well

We have had an annual contract with Country Air for a number of years now and have been very satisfied with their service. Our main compressor recently failed and was still under warranty and they got the manufacturer to replace the entire unit within a few days. And we received a 10% discount on the service. I like the fact that you can call them and they will listen to any concern you have. They are more concerned in keeping you as a customer.

I used them for heating repair. The service tech made a temporary repair and said manager would call with estimate. He said it was under warranty, but 2 hours of work and $400 for repair. I told him that the tech only took 5 minutes to remove the board, so why 2 hours. He called back and dropped price to $245. Said it was 1 1/2 hour of work. I timed the tech from the time he turned on to my street. It took 3/4 hour to repair. I told the tech that I was being over charged. Beware...
