You would expect more being$ 160k plus homes we bought our house brand new few years ago. And have had ton of issues . Yesterday being another huge blow they didnt install our toliets right do its been leaking for long time . Had plummer come cut my celing and taking toliet out come to find out there was a whole u could see down to my living room. So another 5k spent on repairs! Thats not even to fix the dry wall

Recently bought my home from BIC. Amazing floorplan but they claim to have the best warranty program among other builders and that is not true. They take forever to resolve a warranty claim and that’s if they ever do. I have been waiting 3 months for them to come repair a pipe leak and other issues that were already there prior to purchasing the home. Will update this review if my issues are addressed by the company.

Once again posting another review about this company, very disappointed and unsatisfied, I've made a claim for stucco repair, they came, they did a mess and they never finished the job. The worst thing here is that the owner will answer you though here saying, "we apologize and we will take care of you" when they already got paid and they have no professionalism, to in reality call you and resolve the problem, they do not answer the phones and they can't let you go in to their office. SCAMS, BIC HOMES IS A BIG SCAM. Please do your research before you buy from this, you deserve better service and

Been calling for days because water has been coming from the outside into my house, they send out people that dont know their job they come up with excitement and never fix anything we been in this house for about 1 year and half and experience this type of issues is ridiculous they dont care about their people all the care is about the money please safe your self this kind of problems and dont buy from them.

I just bought my home and I wish that they would supervise or inspect the quality of the work as the house was being built. I've had to change my review after living in the home two years because of the poor quality of the home. First of all, they build homes that is their business and yet there are so many obvious flaws. The slab that was used as foundation is so sloppy that landscaping has cost more trying to remove all the clumps and cement that extends so far out from the home and from the border wall. We bought our first BIC home 10 years ago, I loved the floor plan. They paid so much detailed to the house. In the 10 years we have lived in it we have no major issues with house itself. We did fix the roof 3 years ago for reasons of wear and tear. We just repainted our home last summer and even the painters said this BIC did a good job in the stucco. The customer service was great, the man who was in charge of the construction Richie was awesome. We could say that they build us a good quality home.

BIC has great floor plans but the response times on getting things fixed are super slow even before COVID. When they finally came to do fix the warranty issues it required 2 visits. Coming back to get touch ups has been a like pulling teeth. Still nobody has come back. The people are nice but keep promising me a call with no response.

Their customer service for warranties is poor. There are unfinished repairs inside our home that have been there for months now. We don't get any responses from them when we have contacted them, they don't come to our home when scheduled, and they don't have the courtesy of answering our emails or phone calls. We are very unsatisfied with this company. We understand that things get busy and businesses change due to the current circumstances, but this is gone on for months with no evidence of it changing.

They are not concerned with quality anymore. I'm sad to say that I no longer recommend this builder. The home designs are beautiful but the company just doesn't care about the quality of the building or the repairs after. They offer warranties but they don't tell you that a handy man that has no expertise in anything that he is asked to fix will be performing the repairs. The homes are not inspected by anyone before becuase obvious items needing repair are not repaired. They are quick to close for that reason. Please do not purchase a BIC home or make sure that you check EVERYTHING before you sign

Outstanding experience with BIC homes! We highly recommend this builder if you want top notch home and service. Denise and Blanca will take care of you and they really make sure that your home is right and exactly the way you want. We had a not good experience with other area builders but with BIC we were surprised at the level of quality and service. We watched our home in the construction process from the very beginning and super happy with the quality of materials and workmanship that went into our home and we can see why BIC offers a 2 year warranty.
