Finding your dream home will be easy with Classic's large selection of house plans. When visiting a Classic American home, or one of our models, a real-estate agent will help you decide on the right El Paso new home for you. Once you have made that decision, a contract will be presented to Classic for our acceptance.
All warranty requests must include the homeowner's name, address, telephone number, and a description of the problem. A Customer Care Representative will contact you upon receipt of your request. If you have an after hours emergency, you may call in your Emergency Warranty Request to our office and leave a message or, you may submit your request online here.

If you are considering buying a Classic American Home please reconsider!!!When you invest your money into a brand new home you expect everything to be perfect. This home was rushed and poorly put together. We were supposed to have re-inspection to see if all areas had been fixed. As you can see from the pictures we still have the initial tagged areas not fixed. I’m not sure who painted the home but it’s literally paint everywhere. It’s paint all over the floors and the paint is not flushed. We have not been here quite two months and the things we’ve found and noticed still wow me. I am

Bought the house in 2019 brand new. Really poor quality materials. The 2nd story on the home cracks and squeals all the time along with the stairs terrible craftsmanship. A year in the home and the rain somehow started coming inside the seems of the windows. Contacted them and Said I was out of luck with the warranty for the roof. How is it possible that a brand new home has issues with the roof?! A year after this our ac unit stopped working there was no damage or misuse. I again contacted them and said I had no warranty anymore. This is a terrible company if your looking to buy a home in the

Despite all of the delays (totally out of their hands *Shortages on everything and labor!!!*) this building process, while stressful with worry was one of the best experiences. They kept me in the loop. They helped me when I had blips in my application. And the company held my hand every step of the way. The president himself gave me my very thorough walk through. Still continuing to have issues. Now today for the first time our windows in the bedrooms and bathrooms are leaking. The rain we got tonight wasn't bad yet our windows now have water sitting on the inside in the track. As I began to check all the windows I even noticed that one of our windows is coming apart from the framing. I already know they are going to say that they don't cover that. That it is just the caulking. Let's see if they actually want to follow through with fixing an issue. Do not buy from Classic American. This has been a nightmare of them denying to fix things left and right.

We just purchased our home in December of 2020. During our build, we would go to the home each week, and anything we found that looked wrong or missing, we would bring this up and were always told that it would be fixed. During our closing process, we were misled on inspections, and given the run-around on items we saw needing to be fixed towards the end. During our walk-through, we pointed out everything we saw, and to this day some of the items have yet to be fixed. We had living room tile that was broken during the install, and their fix was to put grout in the hole. Which this was mentioned
