I was under the impression that PV was the best of the best in town, well let me tell you what the best of the best did to me and my wife. We signed a contract back in March and our closing date was late November. We knew there was a possibility of price increased by 10% due to Covid prices. I was told by PV Rep that an email will be coming in to make appointment to do Color selection for our future home. After 4 months never received the email, contacted Rep and she kept saying they will be in contact just to be patient. So fast forward to August we received the 10% price increased , at this point

As a professional, you always want the best for your clients. Mine in particular had been searching for months and there was always something about the homes they saw that just didn't feel like "home." Although it was a resale, once they saw a PV build it was paLOVErde at first sight!! We had a 15 minute appointment to see the home and we ended up staying there almost an hour. They simply didn't want to leave. Every time I talk to them, they still feel giddy about their home.

Customer service was what you'd expect in a sellers market (where the future home owner is at the mercy of PVH during the whole process, if a prospective buyer walks away PVH will be able to sell the home they were building to the next person in line and usually for more money). Generally I'd recommend they increase their home portfolio reps so they can manage and not lose change orders, requests from the buyer, and ensure expectations are met along the way. Work done incorrectly and pointed out by the buyer was resisted and really if you walk away there's another 10x buyers waiting in line for

I do not recommend Palo Verde. After I purchased the home things seemed ok until it started raining. The roof constantly leaked through the house. They came out and “repaired” it while it was under their warranty but the slack repair job never worked. Once the warranty was out with Palo Verde I asked them if they wanted to actually repair my roof since they failed to the previous times. They said no, since it is outside of the warranty and no longer their problem. Now I’m paying out of pocket for roof leak repairs. My neighbor’s house was also built by Palo Verde and they had the same issue

The home buying experience was good because they were eager to please and make the sale. The repair and warranty department is horrible. First off there is no one one conversation not even over the phone I had to beg to SPEAK to someone. I expressed work that needed to be done and they tried to convince me to accept shotty plumping repairs, door installations that when I called other pros for advise and told it was wrong and later when I quoted other pros advise to the builder they then agreed to send some one to fix it. I am now fighting to get the grass turf done that they won't fix after

The overall quality of our home construction is great. COVID 19 has impacted every industry and construction is no exception. This posed challenges in being able to deliver our home on time, but this is something that was out of Palo Verdes direct control. We are extremely happy with the neighborhood and the overall quality of our home.

I cannot even tell you how amazing Palo Verde homes is! Everything was great! From choosing our colors, watching our home take shape and actually closing. We have been in here for two weeks and if there was a warranty issue they made sure it was taken care of ASAP and ensured that the contractors were there at the allotted time. I did not use their landscaper, I used my own,Los Guerra's Landscaping, so I can't speak about that. Armando I'm the warranty department will make sure you're taken care of and I appreciate that!

Palo Verde has great homes made with quality; from the dutifully and beautiful exterior to the stellar amount of care and detail inside the home. They have build customs homes, have floor plans for multiple price ranges. The quality and look of the homes are far better than their competitors on every level. My family had looked for a home for almost four months, after our first viewing with Palo Verde we were sure our search for new home had ended. I can't say enough good things about their product and the wonderful people who work for the company.

Great homes and buying experience. Overall impressed and can recommend without hesitation. I would have given PVH 5 stars had it not been for the landscaper they contract with. Our only request to landscaper was to follow HOA for our neighborhood, and it's quite clear Forever Green (landscaper) hasn't even looked over requirements, even though PVH stands by them and says they do. Shame on us for not choosing another landscaper, shame on PVH for contracting with them. Buy a Palo Verde Home, but do NOT use their landscaper.

We started looking at home builders about three years before we were ready to build. In that time, we went to every Parade of Homes event and saw too many model homes to count. There were certainly other builders who built quality houses and had some design elements that we liked, but we found Palo Verde to have the best mix of attention to detail in construction and tasteful, understated design.
