I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Absolute horrible experience with American Relocation Moving company this morning. To make long story short, movers came as agreed at 830AM but stated $200 more than my initial quote of $373 and when I refused, they left at 854AM but they still charged me $250.
When I told the movers that I wouldn't pay extra, the movers got upset and started yelling at me . I called the office and Michele, the person I set up the appointment with, tried to talk to the movers to just use the "moving pads in the truck", the movers told me that

American Relocation was the best choice for this move. This was my first time using movers. They explained everything to me thoroughly. They wouldn’t let me help with anything, they assured me they would handle everything, and all I had to do was relax. They were kind enough to provide packing supplies for the things I did not pack properly. They were professional, prompt, and extremely polite. Additionally they set my whole apartment up at the conclusion of the move. Victor, Darius, and Tqbu were amazing. If you go with this company, ask for them. You will not be disappointed.

I have missing items (very expensive large mirror that has been in my family for decades) as well as a key to my apartment that I was never given back. The price was almost twice what I was quoted since they took an extremely long time to slowly slowly load my items in the truck. I had a small 800sq 2 bedroom apartment. It took 4 hours for them to just load the truck. I noticed a lot of time was spent just on their phone or sitting around. For something that cost $119hr I find this not ok.
Additionally, there was a huge language barrier, my family speaks fluent English and Spanish, I’m not sure

DO NOT hire this “company”!!! They break things, take things, and obviously have an intense disdain for dealing with women. The movers made me feel extremely unsafe and were beyond rude. It was blatantly clear they hate women and this poor excuse for a company needs to be out of business. I assume they broke a very expensive piece of furniture, which they stole or threw away as it is nowhere to be found. Would NOT take direction at all while trying to intimidate me and stare me down after any request on where furniture should be placed. Worst experience of any moving service I have ever dealt

to read the fine print of contract because a sale representative and manager can tell you whatever they want over the phone and not follow the contractual agreement created by their own company.
Simply put, I got an estimate for a small move of 22 items approximately (furniture). I did one quote online and since I didn’t get response the following day, I then proceeded to call the company for an immediate quote and pay a deposit of $50. After speaking over the phone

I was skeptical but they did a great job. Crystal in customer service was responsive to me before pickup and prior to my receiving my furniture. I received everything in the same condition that it was sent.
My only regret is that I didn't send more things with the movers instead of packing my SUV. I moved from Virginia to Georgia.

Definitely disappointed. When I called for a quote it was very reasonably priced. However once they came the guys were not very knowledgeable about how to move furniture and were not having the appropriate tools. Other movers I’ve used bring impact tools to do it fast, these guys were relying on manual tools to do it (slow, probably to keep the clock ticking as it is charged hourly). Also I have a large sofa which while attempting to bring in they couldn’t (this couch has been brought in to two apartments before with no big concerns). Of course they left the wall full of marks they I’ll need

This company is amazing & I have used them 5 times- but this time with Sardor & his crew were the best! Fast & job perfection. I’m shocked at the focus each of them had & the respect they showed myself & husband - also the team work between them was most respectful.
As a business owner myself - I saw & totally caught their professionalism, friendly nature & politeness.
I would suggest all to use the company - last Dec my firefighter son & family were expediently moved.
