Great experience form the beginning to the end, very responsive and proactive throughout the move. Vanessa and the guys were great. They were on-time and incredibly efficient. Not a single item was broken or damaged. On top of everything the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend them for sure!

I spent a lot of time shopping moving companies to find someone I thought I could trust as well as for a good value. Mid Atlantic has proven to be the right choice. They are responsive for all the set up details and the team that came last week to pack up were both professional and excellent in the care and packing of our belongings. Mid Atlantic was exceptional in some areas an abysmal in others. They took great care of wrapping my furniture items and arrived on time the day of my move. The team worked efficiently and were exceptionally careful. The delivery team was also good with navigating an older building and items arrived in great condition. A few scuffs and bruises on some of my antique pieces but the move was long distance. They have been abysmal in helping me to get two boxes that are not mine to the rightful owners. These boxes have been in my house for months and are small enough to be parcel mail. The dispatch

Extremely satisfied with my experience using Mid Atlantic Van Lines. Frank was very good at helping me figure out what I would be moving and coming up with an almost spot on estimate. The moving team in Reston and Louisville were very polite, efficient and careful in loading and unloading my belongings. The pickup was on a Friday and everything was delivered the following Saturday. I have heard horror stories of waiting weeks for belongings to arrive and this is not the case with Mid Atlantic. I highly recommend this company.

We needed a moving company to move furniture from Maryland to Kentucky. After getting several quotes we went with Mid Atlantic. Although the sales person I dealt with, Frank, was just that a salesman. He was great at first and very enthusiastic to get my business, even gave me his personal cell phone number. BUT after we agreed and signed all the paperwork he was less than helpful. Thank goodness the company has Vanessa, she was a true star. She helped change my inventory and since we had to reschedule due to ice and snow she was able to connect me with the driver and we were able to reschedule

I used Mid Atlantic Van Lines for my move on January 31, 2021. I moved from Maryland to Louisiana. My furniture and belongings were delivered to my house in Louisiana on February 4, 2021. The guys were fast and efficient. Everyone was courteous and nice. The only error I noticed was my delivery address was wrong on the paperwork. I mentioned it to the guy packing up my house, he stated he would correct it, though that didn’t happen because the driver delivering my belongings to my house in Louisiana still had the incorrect house number and couldn’t find the house.
