After doing this he felt like there was a need for a locally owned moving company that actually cared about the people and the memories they were moving and not the dollar signs.

Luckily money I have spent on worthy people. From the moment I contacted MOVE IN USA until the moment they said goodbye, they were the best. They were so helpful, friendly, and qualified. The team made the whole thing look super easy when I was just stressed. They knew what they were doing including dismantling and re-assembling furniture and it made the whole difference. I used MOVE IN USA LLC this fall for my move. It was done professionally. They explained to me how the move would be handled. I was able to breathe out and trust the team. All of my furniture was protected, and didn’t receive a single scratch on my furniture. Also, the guys disassembled and reassembled my furniture, and I did not have to worry about any screws or put it together in the wrong way. The crew was very efficient, and the move was very smooth.

We used MOVE IN USA for our apartment move a couple of weeks ago, and it was by far our best moving experience. Our movers Jayden and Charles were brilliant, punctual, polite, efficient, and took superb care of all our stuff. They made our move seamless and straightforward. I really appreciate how they pay attention to details and make their work as efficient as possible. They called before arriving to ensure I was there when they arrived and brought all the packing material themselves. I asked for some extra boxes for our personal stuff and they even accommodated the request. Really customer friendly movers.

My sister and I had an excellent experience with MOVE IN USA when we moved internationally to TX. Elliot was great in communication and letting us know the status of the move and continuously checked in with us. They were very efficient in packing and moving our items as well as unloading all our items. Working with MOVE IN USA relieved the anxiety we had in moving internationally during a pandemic. We greatly appreciate MOVE IN USA and could not have asked for a better moving experience.

It was a great pleasure to work with MOVE IN USA team. Their professionalism and the services are unmatchable to any of the companies around. We had 3 men on our moving day. They took great care of our belongings. Our most of the furniture was new and they understood my concern and placed it safely everywhere we wanted. We were done within the given time. Very trustworthy couple and professional. They showed up earlier than we scheduled, which worked out great. Super-fast response to my initial inquiry and fair priced. They wrapped the essential items with blankets and helped set up our bed at our new place. Excellent customer service and great attitude. I definitely recommend them if you a concerned about the quality of people moving your belongings. Very trustworthy!

Don't believe the estimate. We were quoted $3800 to move our household items into storage then we was told another $2400 was needed on the day of the move. They stated, it took more hours than anticipated even though they'd determined the estimated hours needed. We were also quoted $1700 to move our items from storage to our new home. Two weeks before the move to our new home, we were told the price would be $2400 because it was their peak time of year, the summer. I was also told it would only take 10 hours for the second move to our home. Of course I agreed with the new price

Worst moving company ever. Great salesperson when you call who tells you how fantastic they are. They broke my glass table, Big Green Egg and despite being assured that they knew how to move treadmills, took mine apart and never put it back together. They essentially threw my grill into the truck causing grease and ash to fall to the floor. They then tracked the grease into my new home and onto the carpet.
Stay away and dont be fooled by the upbeat person who answers the phone and tells you how great they are.

We just moved from Finksburg, MD to Johnstown, pa. Got 4 estimates and this moving company came as 2nd highest. Cheapest one is Optima. I made a biggest mistake of choosing this one. Rachel gave me a flat rate of $3800 and said everything will fit and she did so many moves. I recently used Move In USA for my move across country. Overall they are a company I would recommend. Like many experiences, I have both positive and negative feedback. Due to Covid - it took about 2 months for my things I arrive. I do believe those set backs were out of the company's control and I have understanding for that. However the ways in which they communicated, or did not communicate rather, during that time is why I have a complaint. Overall satisfied with Move In USA. Price was the best out of five companies I received quotes from and believe it is a good value for money. Greg was very communicative throughout the process and lead up to the move day. Truck showed up on time and movers were professional and efficient. Boxes were delivered to my next city within 36 hours which was appreciated. Drivers called with any timing changes which was appreciated. Some boxes were a little smooshed or put in the truck upside down, but those boxes mostly included linens so it wasn't a big deal in the end. Furniture was well

Do not use this company. After I posted my review of their services and failure to appropriately communicate multiple times during a move, the associate who failed at communicating correctly, called me and texted me rude and somewhat threatening things about how I am going to be responsible for him losing his job. When I told him it was inappropriate to contact me, he continued his harassment via text. I contacted the company immediately about it and received no follow-up or apology from them. The absolute worst moving company... My delivery date was changed three times and I was told the average time from east coast to west coast is 5-7 days. It took TWO WEEKS!
This company is very nice and professional in the beginning and then as soon as they pick up your belongings... they don't care. Their estimate is way off.... and they will nickel and dime you for every penny . Almost all of my 12 pieces of furniture were damaged. Legs broken on two pieces... scratches, and damage caused from them improperly packing and wrapping my furniture. The delivery was even worst. I paid 50% down

I needed to have my daughter's goods shipped from DC/VA area to Tucson, AZ. The goods were in storage and it was a little stressful to know if everything was loaded as we had no one in the area to view the pickup. Needless to say, everything was picked up and delivered as agreed upon. A slight delay in delivery do to weather, but this created no real problems. The Senior Relocation Consultant was most helpful and very patient with all my calls and concerns. The price offered with this company was the most reasonable of all I checked.

I needed to move some things I had store in Virginia to my new place in nyc, and I was super nervous, because I couldn't be there with the movers, but they took every measure to put me at ease. They actually came in under the quoted hours, and everyone in the company from top to bottom was A1. If you need to move around the dmv, this is the company to use.

I was promised that my belongings would stay with the company from pick up to delivery, but when my delivery FINALLY arrived it was in a truck with movers that had NO affiliation with the company...the driver was rude, threatening and smelled of alcohol!!! My boxes were crushed, my furniture was broken...I had antiques that were destroyed

Move in USA made my moving process very smooth and hassle free. Rachel Shamo who assisted me was just great. She was very friendly, courteous, diligent, prompt and went out of her way to meet my requirements. The movers themselves were punctual and very efficient. I would urge all to pay attention to and clarify the terms and expected dates of deliveries just to be clear and plan ahead!

I used MOVE IN USA 3 times. I was so pleased with the first move, I used them two more times. The last move was a permanent move to Florida. The timing was unexpected and I had trouble getting everything ready. They stepped in and helped me pack and get everything organized. When my belongings arrived in Florida, the work on my house was incomplete. They stored my items for me until my work was done. The best part was the confidence they inspired and knowledge my belongs were safe. They worked with me to allay all my concerns. They took the worry and stress out of an otherwise very stressful time

At first they were great! I had a guy named Keith set it up. Take my millions of calls and orders and then three weeks before I move Keith left or changed position and I had another guy. This guy just seemed rude and short with his answers. I almost thought about canceling my whole order because of his shortness. But it was to close to me moving. The sales representative Keith Young was very helpful . The movers were very friendly and and they worked hard, but the claim department was the opposite. Rachel comes across as if she is going to work with you, but then she does not.

It took me a while before I was able to commit to a moving company that I felt 100% comfortable with, and at the end of the day it was definitely worth the wait to find out that Move in USA was just the right moving company for me.
Neil was amazing at ensuring that all of my questions were answered, and that all of my needs were met in order to make this move as stress free as possible!
