Dan responded quickly to our heat not working on a Sunday afternoon. He arrived in an hour and completed the work successfully. You can count on Dan!

I called Hudson River Plumbing last minute about a leak. I described the problem and asked for an estimated price. He said he would be over in an hour. He arrived promptly. Dan was friendly and professional. He wore a mask and gloves ensuring safetry during the Covid-19 crisis. Dan fixed the leak and charged the estimated price. He cleaned up after he was done. This was my first time using Hudson River Plumbing. I was happy with the work and plan on calling on Hudson River Plumbing for my future plumbing needs. Thanks again Dan!

Dan is unproffessional and unreliable. He did not provide an exact time of arrival and nor could he find our leak. He spent two hours calling our water provider and had them arrive to find the problem. We had provided a couple possible options for problems and he had told us it wasn't possible. The water provider told him it was our water main which was one of our ideas. The water provider says to turn off the water and come back another day to fix it. Dan charges more than $400 for standing around and calling our free water provider to tell us what they told us. He connects our house to our neighbors

Flush..heat..fix. Dan has been our plumber for 15 years+. Hudson River Plumbing is a investment not a payment. Keep up the great work!!

Dan is great. We use him for everything from unclogging drains to replacing pipes. He always shows up on time and offers multiple time slots. He’s a nice honest person too and will offer good prices and options while other plumbers will always lie and say everything needs to be replaced. Definitely recommends him

Dan replaced my hot water heater and went the extra mile with his service. Since then I had my water line burst in a cold snap. He was here and worked with freezing water spraying on him. The lines had expanded and were misshaped... he stayed on it until the job was done and done correctly. He always delivers exceptional service. I highly recommend him.
