These guys are awesome. Prior to calling Sunshine, I (stupidly) called RotoRooter, who are a complete joke. These clowns had me waiting for over an hour and never showed up. I was then referred to Sunshine Plumbing by a family member and it was completely worth calling. These guys showed up in no time after calling and are quick, friendly, professional, neat and knowledgeable. I definitely won't be looking for a different plumber in the future!

Consumer beware!
Mr. Spano of Sunshine Plumbing and Heating in Tappan NY quoted a price of $150.00 an hour for labor charges to me over the phone and when I saw that he brought two men to my house I asked him if it was still $150.00 an HOUR for labor rather than an additional "per man" charge and he said it would be $150.00 PER HOUR. I had already purchased most of the parts necessary for the job and asked him if he could use those parts and he agreed that he would use them. He did not have all the parts necessary to complete the job on his truck so he sent the workers out to purchase them. I

I had Sunshine Plumbing coming in on September 10 2017 to unclog the kitchen sink (snake it) from the accommodated grease. The owner, Ralph was helpful and send one plumber to do the job - It took an hour on the clock from 10 to 11 am, no parts were added or replaced and I was charged more then a double hourly rate (he said the company charges $150 an hour before I agreed on the service). Please see the invoice attached. My husband and I called the owner, to understand what happened, he stated this is the price to pay for the service that was performed. We contacted after that 3 local licensed
