Scheduling and responsiveness were great, Dave drove over an hour to my house to check termite damage and assess whether or not I needed treatment. It ended up I did not and he didn’t even charge me for the inspection OR the mileage to drive all the way here. He explained everything as he went along and I learned a lot, he is obviously very knowledgeable and really cares about what he does. How refreshing. This is definitely the first place I’ll go if I ever need these services again, it’s VERY hard to find reliable people in my area and they were not only very nice and responsive, they were

David came to our rental for wasp, also shared our concern for crickets in the house. He handled both of them for us. Upon treating the home for the above concerns he also discovered a huge potentially very dangerous issue. He advised us what it was and what we needed to do now. We have a 3 year old. I can basically say he saved us from major health issues and the fact we are all extremely allergic to wasp. Very nice honest business and I'm so happy we used them. I was pleased with service over the telephone, however, the tech was over an hour late. The original tech "got held up on another call"...first I was told 10-15 minutes when I called the office. Then I received another call saying that a different tech would be arriving in 10-15 minutes. Overall, I waited over an hour for a tech to arrive. The tech was friendly and from what I could tell, did a thorough job of treating the area. Three stars because of the lack of coordination and the long wait time even though I had an appointment.

I noticed some evidence of termites in my moms detached garage when I stopped over for a visit. I called Genie Pest Control and spoke to David. Very nice and friendly. He came out a couple of days later and did a free inspection and found it appears they were only in the garage but they treat all wood structures on the property including the house. Had him come out a week later to do the job. Very professional and friendly and he knows what he is doing. After treating he inspected again for more areas and saw a neighbors wood retaining wall had termites and advised I should inform them to get it
