Charles is an experienced architect with an impressive portfolio of government, higher education, and commercial projects. David is a talented architect and project manager specializing in the design of premier healthcare and government facilities. Rhonda has served as Project Manager for many of RND's large-scale government, higher education, and healthcare projects.
As an intimate, local office, we offer a high degree of design talent and construction administration knowledge without sacrificing superior customer services. Our team is comprised of eleven talented and diverse team members, including five registered architects and one professional interior designer.
Carolina Hall is a three-story residence hall located within Elon's Historic Neighborhood. The layout is nearly identical to Smith Hall, which our team renovated this summer. The renovation scope will include finish upgrades to the corridors, common areas, and resident rooms, as well as ADA upgrades to the common bathrooms.
