The best asphalt-ers this side of the Mississippi! I got to talking with the crew and Dylan was the gentleman i had a great conversation with. He was quite the hard worker, and pretty easy on the eyes! I don't think I saw him take a break the whole time they were asphalting my kitchen and bedroom! I'd definitely recommend Munson to everyone.

I've used Munson for years to do asphalt paving and sealing. Reliable, solid work. I don't doubt that they may do the same with fences. I won't know, however, because the phone message I received simply informed me that they are not taking new work at this time. This was helpful for my planning purposes. I wondered if anyone thought to indicate that in their website.

I am extremely pleased with the repair work and sealcoating performed by Munson, Inc earlier this summer. The job looked wonderful and several months later it looks nice, despite a water main break a few feet away. It held up nicely. The staff was wonderful to deal with and always polite and professional.

I'm a contractor from out of town which usually means that I don't carry the value of a repeat customer. Munson was quick to respond and had fair pricing. They did a great job and got it done very quickly. They also were very accommodating in helping me with some items that were not in their scope of work. I would use them again without question.

We were told in June when Joe came out to measure that installation would be about 3 weeks. It took about 10 days to get the quote and when I asked what the cost difference would be to change the height by a foot, it took another 10 days to get an answer on that. Finally approved the original quote on July 11th and have had to continually call for a status. Been put off for various reasons, and still no date to start. No customer service whatsoever. If they’re too busy to do my job, they should have just said so!

I am not sure who I talked to at this company, but they were extremely rude! I tried to call for emergency service for public safety for a sink hole. This guy told me that since we weren't a "current customer" that he's going to have to pass. He hung up on me!!!!! VERY unprofessional. I hope that on a customer service standpoint, he doesn't talk to everyone like this.

Helpful, friendly on budget, on time and a great job. all the things you would expect to be done, but these guys do it really well and even helped keep us on schedule. Munson, Inc. paved a very bad church parking lot here at St. Francis Church in Milwaukee. And the product is wonderful. People are so happy to have a decent, safe space for parking. And the slope of the lot made for an excellent handicap-accessible entrance into the church. Even neighbors were high in their praise for the betterment in appearance for the area neighborhood!

Unbelievably bad service and communication. I told them what they were about to do was wrong but they did it anyway. Didn't respond to emails or phone calls about fixing it and then after saying i would not be billed until the work was completed billed me twice and sent a letter saying they intend to put a lien on my property. Crawl on your belly, naked over shards of glass and rusting metal before hiring them to do work for you.
