We were very pleased with the work Badger Fence did for our home. Mike came out promptly, answered all of our questions, and gave a thorough estimate on the spot. Once we signed the contract we were on the books for 5-7 weeks out, weather depending. Work was done in two stages, one to set the posts and let them settle for about a week. After that, the rest of the fence went up and the workers were so fast! I highly recommend this company.

Who in the right mind would sink a fence post into a 2ft diameter concrete sidewalk in a county prone to "Frost Heap". Our back yard fence facing the alley had a gate (next to garage) where the post was set in for the gate latch. Now, every Winter we get the same issue, everything freezes, the slab rises just enough to catch the bottom of the gate and now we cannot open the gate (for emergencies). The simplest solution would have been to attach the post with the latch to the side of the garage which was only about 5 inches further (which does not move vertically in the coldest of winters

We had a great experience. Staff was prompt and explained the process well. They secured all the proper permits and installation staff included us in the discussions about property lines and where they specially were located. Very professional and upfront about timing due to COVID and how busy this time of year was. Our fence looks great and our dog is excited to have a yard to run in! Tommy, Jaime and crew were fantastic!

We just had our new cedar fence installed, and couldn't be happier with the workmanship. Much of our back yard is hilly, and we did not want to follow our lot lines precisely, so we had some unique challenges. Mike was fantastic - he came out more than once to walk the property, take measurements, discuss options, and engineer a solution that exceeded our expectations. There were a few times we needed to call him, and we either reached him immediately or got a call back within a matter of minutes. The crews (one for the posts, and another for the finish work) were hard working, and completely cleaned

It feels like Christmas in July! Incredibly pleased with Hutch and the team at Badger Fence. They installed a beautiful 6" cedar privacy fence in our backyard along with a gate over the driveway complete with separate small gate to our next door neighbor's backyard for the kids to play. Incredibly professional team that got the job done in a total of two days over the span of 3-4 days from the point that the posts were installed and secured. They were even able to respond to a few small subtle changes to the gate on-site to ensure we were happy with the results.

I have read some of the "not so happy" reviews here, noting the time and place, and have decided they can't be talking about the company we just completed our little residential project with. Badger Fence was Awesome!
Mike was able to drop by for an estimate within a few days of my calling to make an appointment. Everyone else couldn't make it for at least a week, or more. Since Mike was here first, all the rest were compared to him. Quite frankly, none came close, and I'm not just talking about numbers.

We had a phenomenal experience with Badger Fence. We were looking for a maintenance free, 6-foot tall, 32-foot stretch of fence to run along our back yard patio. We wanted some privacy from our neighbor's driveway, garage, garbage cans and occasionally barking dog - but we didn't want it to look like a featureless wall, nor like an enormous swath of white plastic. With some preliminary research on our part and some expert advice from Tommy, our exuberant and personable salesman, we settled on a line of fence products called Bufftech, by CertainTeed. Very happy with Badger Fence. It didn't take that long to get someone out for a quote, and they were similar in pricing to another company we called. Badger took care of the permits, and also getting the utilities marked. The fence is for a dog, and they did a great job making sure there were no gaps. They started the project a few days earlier than we expected, and finished quickly. I saw some bad reviews on Yelp, which was a surprise based on my experience.

Top marks for Badger Fence. The people have all been great to work with. We hired them previously to replace our again cedar privacy fence and were so pleased with the experience that we hired them again when we purchased our new home. We ran into difficulties getting the permit with our new city but Tommy and Badger Fence worked hard on our part. We ended up deciding not to proceed and Badger Fence immediately refunded us our deposit and they were completely understanding of our decision to cancel. We will definitely hire them again should we change our mind and decide to put in a fence.

Badger Fence installed a black chain link fence with two gates, and black fencing on our deck to replace lattice. Wow! We couldn't be more pleased. The salesperson and the crews were amazing. We had gotten three estimates, and Badger excelled. Price was fair, crews professional, and esthetics met all expectations.

OK on the actual fence work but very bad ethics and business practices. Beware to those who call Badger and expect to deal with an abrasive, money grubbing owner. Would probably opt to choose a different fence company for this kind of work. Local market has few choices however so these fence companies know that and can collude with one another.

Disappointed with this company. It took me a month to get an appointment for it later to be cancelled. My appointment was canceled because of weather conditions, but an hour earlier the estimator asked if he can stop by to complete the estimate. When I called to reschedule of course it's at the time convenient for them. Just not happy with coordinating time to complete estimate.

I replied "not necessarily, I can wait. Would they be able to at least do the estimate this year?"
Badger Fence response "Maybe, but our prices change from year to year; we just have a really high volume and cant guarantee anything"
