All Roses when they want to earn your business, downhill off a cliff immediately thereafter. Non responsive, inaccurate estimates only to be ripped off at delivery which has to be paid in cash before your items are removed from the truck. Our goods all destroyed and only half of our items were delivered. They’re all criminals, scam artists, and rip offs! SAVE YOUR CARGO AND SHIP IT YOURSELF! The absolute worst experience I’ve ever encountered and I am formerly from the industry, speaking from inside knowledge!!!!

My salesperson was Melody and she told lies after lies after lies. Melody included a charge for packing after I told her I didn't want the service, she claimed it didn't mean anything and that was normal and it will be removed after the move, that was a lie. 2 days before moving day, someone from the company called to confirm and I told them I packed everything and want to confirm that my final payment will not include packing... he said the opposite of what Melody said. After calling and calling Melody to complain and cancel the move, she hung up on me and told me that I wasn't getting my $1100

Quite a unique moving experience. They arrived on time and they worked really hard. New York to Seattle was much less of a headache than I presumed it would be. Cross Country surprised me. They were not the cheapest and just under the most expensive. I trusted my gut instinct when I spoke to the rep on the phone. Glad it worked out. Thanks guys!

Our move to Anaheim using Cross Country was great. The moving crew showed up ahead of time to clean a truck. We left at the same time but they beat us to our new place. No damages. Movers were very upbeat and energetic. We needed 2 bed frames put back together that we took apart and movers took care of both of them quickly. They had a full set of tools and extra boxes. Rates were competitive, easy to understand with no additional hidden fees.

They moved us from our 2 bed apartment to our new home In San Francisco. They came right on time and moved everything quickly. These guys work hard, don't know how they did it without injuring themselves because we had some heavy items but they made it look easy! One item got a little scratched in the move, but nothing too bad. They also took a few dollars off for the inconvenience which was amazing because the rate they gave was already great. Was happy to have them move the heavy furniture and boxes.

I have moved once before and honestly, the hardest part about my move is my bed. I purchased it online from Crate and Barrel and it is a bed where once you assemble it, you don't want to disassemble it because it is like a puzzle. Worth the money and I love my bed, made out of cherry wood, queen size, and super comfortable. The guys from CB even said that moving would be a pain because of this and I was worried that I would never get it back to how it was. When I called, I explained my issue, and they said that it would be fine. The movers broke it down and when we got to my new apartment in San

Don't waste your time and money on this moving company. Excuse after excuse as to why your things have not arrived within the estimated window. Caught them in multiple lies when calling to get status updates on when I could expect my delivery. Extremely disappointed.

This Company is AWFUL DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! My nephews mattress was wet and ALL my boxes were opened. ALL my boxes had water damage. I'm reporting this moving company to the Better Business Bureau. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! When I get thru with them. They will be out of business!

I had to move because of work. I was dreading it too. I hate moving but this was for a nice pay raise so it was necessary.
