The crew was friendly. The installation was clean. The communication was perfect. We would DEFINITELY do business with Cronin again. They really did set a new bar for how work should be done.

We had our basement upgraded to handle floods after Hurricane Ida hit and Cronin came and uninstalled/reinstalled the water heater so that the other contractors could build a drain around it. They also connected the newly installed sump pump to the main drainage line.

Patrick came to my building in Jersey City to do some work on a hot water heater. Can’t overstate what a good experience we had with Cronin! They’re incredibly helpful, quick, and reasonably priced.
We have the complex issues that come with a multi-unit older building and had a few plumbers come in for bids. There was a huge difference in Cronin’s quality, recommendations and service. They’re also nice people and good communicators.
