This company did several of our neighbors including ours with our recommendations . One of our sides is broken and they have not returned calls to come out and fix it . They have a warranty as we thought and when we saw them doing another neighbors fence and asked them about this , the owner said he would come and see it , call his office . We did still no return calls
Poor customer service and do not stand behind their work . Don't use this company if you want quality work and them to stand by it . Very disappointed

Rock Solid Fence just finished our project, and we could not be happier! After winds blew down our and our neighbor's old wooden fences, we decided to replace everything with vinyl. It was a huge project, and Ron's quote was the most competitive out of 5 companies we had quote, with the highest quality product. His team was professional, courteous, and accommodating through the whole process, communicated throughout, cleaned up after themselves each day, and they even finished a day earlier than expected. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

In February 2020, I had Rock Solid Fencing (RSF) give a bid on replacing an existing wooden 3 rail horse fencing with a new 3 rail vinyl fencing. After getting 3 bids, Rock Solid Fencing was awarded the job, In March 2020 they spent 3 days removing the old fencing and completing the job. In January 2021 there was a small wind storm which caused 3 portions of the fence to lean over. I contacted RSF 2 times and left messages. On approximately the 3rd day I called again and spoke to the contractor. I sent pictures as he requested and then he responded by text saying it would cost approximately $700

Rock Solid Fence installed a vinyl fence about 2 years ago.We are very happy with it but we just noticed the fence in a few sections were coming out from posts.I reached out to Ron about it & he had his crew come out a couple days later to fix it. I appreciate how quickly he took care of it knowing how busy he is. It's nice to see a company who honors there warranty & there labor & to make things right.

I wish I would have read the reviews before allowing this company to do work for me. After my gate was put up at the cost of 4,255.00, I had to speak to the guy in charge of the work about several problems. As I point noted out each problem to the guy he was not surprised by my concerns. He too knew there were problems. First, there were several parts of my fence that were off in height. It was so crooked in all of the corners. The backyard corners were so bad I couldn't believe they actually were okay with how they finished their work. Ron was quick to respond to the request for a quote and was able to come out within a few days. My husband's first impression of him was that he was either racist or felt uncomfortable around African Americans. He did a quick quote of one fence and left. I tried to call him back immediately after he left because there were other fences that I need to replace...no answer. My husband called from his phone and Ron answered and said he would stop by the next morning. Well to no surprise he was a no show. I didn't close my side gate properly and the wind blew the vinyl gate down. I called numerous fencing companies, but no luck in getting someone to come out or the prices were ridiculous.
Not to worry, Ron came to the rescue with an unbeatable price and made sure that this job was handled before the holiday. I can't believe how amazing this customer service was.
Cody came out @ 7am as promised. Great punctuality and determined to get this job done despite the rain pouring down. Cody did an excellent job and made sure that the repair would uphold any force against it. He was patient

This was my second time using Rock Solid Fence. Ron and his crew did an awesome job on our vinyl fence. They did our entire yard in 3 days. They were quick, clean and did a great job. Our gate is sturdy and the materials used are high quality. His pricing can’t be beat, my Negibors got 4 other bids and Rock Solid Fence couldn’t be beat.

Ron Fence Company was great. I researched companies on google and 'Ron Fence Company' was the only number that was not a recording when I called. Service just got better from there. After initial call, Ron set up an estimate the next day. The only hold up on install was me coordinating with the neighbors. I received two other estimates, and Ron was cheaper by about 30% with higher quality product. I highly recommend 'Ron Fence Company' and would use they again.

Rock Solid Fence Company in Murrieta is outstanding! We had them put in a fence a couple years ago, and not only were they extremely professional, the price was the cheapest we found, they were prompt, and the fence turned out BEAUTIFUL. A couple days ago, we noticed our palm tree roots were moving the fence on the front side of our house. We decided to call them to see if they could help. The next day, Ron the owner came out and fixed it with no questions asked.

I give Rock Solid Fence Company 5 stars as Ron came by as scheduled to give us an estimate. His crew arrived on time and worked quickly to replace our entire wood fence and install 3 gates in 3 days. I particularly appreciate how they took down the fence and stacked the old fence panels tidily. They clean up each day as there was no trash laying around at the end of the day. I highly recommend this company.

Poor work!
The installers removed/cut cut 2 feet from the vinyl post before setting it in the ground with concrete. The vinyl posts were only installed with 12 inches of concrete! That's not "Rock Solid."
Very unprofessional!!
I don't recommend them using this company unless you stay on top of them during the installation and hold them accountable!

I had all my fencing and gate replaced by Rock Solid. They were professional and courteous. I got four bids prior to choosing them. They were one of the lowest prices, but the fencing is absolutely beautiful. I am very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their fencing with a lovely quality fence and/or gate.

We hired this company to install a basic chain link fence and Moe strip. The cement work was done very poorly even after tearing out the first attempt and redoing. We won't be able to edge around the moe strip because the form was not close enough to the ground so cement seeped underneath. The fence itself looks like it was installed by an amateur. Its really loose and the chain link is not connected to the poles correctly. We gave them 3 chances to make it right and after promising to come on the third try they didn't even show up.

We hired Ron and his guys to put wood ranch fencing on two sides of our 5 acre property. We've had a lot of questions which he has patiently and kindly answered. His patience with our lack of direction on the details has been greatly appreciated.
They have always been very punctual and Ron was good about letting me know where we were in the process and what was going to happen next. After they were done each day they cleaned up after themselves and left the area as it should be.
