With our house in Arnold, inspection was done with them and they provided a 2 year leak free warranty. Our roof had 2 leaks right before Christmas, still within the warranty period. We called Bolin Roofing about the problem, they offered to cover/tarp the area the same day. But since it was a minor leak, we were willing to wait. Tom (owner) and Jason came the next day to repair it the morning Christmas Eve! Wow. The indoor leak was repaired and we will continue to observe. With the outside porch roof leak hopefully they'll repair it another time due to the weather and likely busy schedule

I called 4 weeks ago and spoke to a lady who said they were 2 weeks out and she would have someone come by and do an estimate and send me an email regarding an appointment. It's been 4 weeks and nobody ever came & I never received an email. All I needed was a few tiles replaced. I called and left a message explaining that nobody ever came out and I never received an email and I left my phone number AGAIN but I never received a call back. Very bad customer service. I heard good things about them but I'm assuming it was one of their friends.

I had a leak in my roof that needed immediate repair. It was leaking in our master bath. I called many roofers and Tom was the only one who offered to come late in the day on Saturday. He had to travel to get to us and it was windy, cold and rainy. He did and emergency repair to stop the leak. And he will follow up with a permanent fix. I can't say enough about Tom Bolin

We have a home in Dorrington - Big Trees Village. We are SO pleased with the work, and the clean up the team performed. And moreso, we appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism we experienced with each person we dealt with !We had a chance to meet Jason and his team - and were rest assured that it was going to be a positive experience and the results demonstrate that ! The team met with us on tear off day. Showed us the materials they were using. Took care in our landscape around the house. And the clean up was impecible !!!

We misspelled Tom Last Name by spelling Bolin with an "R" or "Brolin", our apologizes to Tom Bolin and Bolin's Roofing. We needed an estimate done for a reroof and he was 2 days late, but didn't call to let us know he was running behind. To make matters worse he seemed irritated that I called to ask when he was coming and if he could quote us on gutters too. We ended up cancelling and using someone else. We are all busy, and maybe I just caught him on a rough week, but a little basic courtesy goes a long way.
