My car needed a new part - unfortunately it was on national back order due to covid. Despite having to wait a while for the part - it was completely covered by Ford warranty and the employees were extremely pleasant, respectful and empathetic. Wendy did a fantastic job updating me and just touching base with me so I knew me and my car weren't forgotten.
When the part did arrive - I immediately got a call telling me so and later on the same day was able to pick up my car; working perfectly.

I went to Conway Ford with my daughter-in-law when she traded her car not looking for one for myself. Then I ran across a new explorer in black (I had just bought a white one in March from another dealership. I bought the black one on the lot and let me tell you that I dealerships are not the same!
The people at Conway Ford put a personal touch on everything they do.

Wendy Grooms in the service department is outstanding!!! The mechanics were very thorough with the diagnostic and repairs of my vehicle. Although my warranty company took a long time to approve my claim; Conway Ford Team provided all the information needed at a timely manners. This is the first dealership I’ve been to where they were happy to service my vehicle. Everyone was friendly courteous. They understood what my problem was and fixed it no hassle. I’m planning on buying a mustang Mach E and I will buy it here. In the past five years I’ve been dealing with another Ford dealership I was not happy sorry I didn’t come here first. Great Service Department Karie my service rep had My F-150 checked out and they found the problem with my parking brake in short period of time. They had to order the part and followed up to reschedule for the repair, everything is working fine. Everyone was Pleasant at the Dealership and it was a Great Experience.
PS: I took my F-150 to another Ford Dealership prior to taking it to Conway Ford and they worked on it for over 2-hours and could Not find the problem And they charged me for Not fixing it, Needless to say I won't be going back to that Ford Dealer ship.

Bought 2017 Ford Transit Passenger Sprinter August 9th, 2021. I just received the vehicle on September 14th, 2021. This Sprinter was advertised on Auto Trader as great vehicle in great condition and in stock. I found out the vehicle was not in stock and promised I would have it in 2 days which turned into 1 1/2 weeks. Seat belt issues was discovered which took additional 1 1/2 to repair. Drive 2 hours to pickup the vehicle and the air conditioner was not working properly. This took 2 more weeks to repair. I have never experienced or heard of a situation like this from a Ford Dealer such as this

Wendy took care of my daughter and her vehicle. My daughter is a young adult and a bit shy. Wendy ensured she was comfortable and handled her transportation, with Doug, back and forth from campus. I got my 2020 explorer on 12/23, salesperson Kevin was wonderful. That's the only positive thing I have to say. I honestly advise you to go somewhere else they might be a hometown dealer but they lack customer service skills. The first salesperson Kimberly was allowed to belittle , snap and down right be rude to me. I complained to the manager all I got was a different sales person. I I tried to buy my floor mats and they refused to order them, . I also have condensation on my brand new light cage. I left a review on Facebook and none of my issues were acknowledged

Just purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata GLS from this dealership. My salesman was Harrison and he was great! Bryson Elvis the finance manager was also efficient and professional. My only issue was the amount of time that it took to make the purchase and then I was told to come back on Monday at 5 to pick up my new car and at 5:40 the car still was not ready but other than (1)having to wait a little while(2) and finding the carpet that covers the spare tire in the back to be soaking wet the service was fantastic! I'm happy with my purchase.

So it was time for me to get my Mustang. Ahmed was no longer with Conway Ford but his friend Mark McClellan was. Started the process online and within a week he found my new baby, an Oxford White 2019 Mustang GT California Special. Went in the past Friday to discuss my trade with General Manager Barry Norton (the best). After just a little back and forth :-) we hammered out a very satisfying deal. Did the stress free paperwork with Sammy (also the best) on Saturday and drove her home. So two car purchases with the past year. Conway Ford may not be the biggest

I was car shopping for a small transport vehicle for my home business. I decided on a Ford Transit Connect that met my needs best. I shopped around at several of the local Ford dealers for their best deal. Geramie, commercial sales, for Conway Ford had the best deal at the time. I went up, tried the vehicle and found that Geramie was easy to work with and was very helpful. I left with a Transit Connect that fit my needs for a good price.

I just had my car service from Conway Ford my service writer was Mitch,He always takes good care of my car and the service manager came over to thank me for my bringingin my car there. My mechanic Bob is excellent went through my car and everything to he's a great mechanic thank you. Called Service Dept 3 times to get our vehicles serviced. Nobody EVER available to talk to you. Just leave message. First time they called back and we missed the call. They never called back. Second time we called they just didn't return the call. Third call and voicemail again. WOW....What is it about "CUSTOMER SERVICE" that escapes these guys?

The only reason I gave 1 star is because no star is not an option. Most people walk away and give bad reviews because you can't come together on terms, car salesmen are liars etc. etc. My husband and I purchase a new truck every 2 years from Conway Ford and on 11/2/16 we purchased a new F-150 Lariat. We left it at the dealership overnight so a bed liner could be installed the next day. We called the next afternoon, after not hearing from the dealership that morning, and we were informed that the truck we had purchased the night before had been sold again to someone else on 11/3/16!
