Where to start. ONE STAR! Why? Because they are unprofessional and do not hold themselves accountable for mistakes!!!!
I went in for an oil change and they put the wrong filter on my car which caused it to leak out. After a half an hour of arguing back and forth with the owner, he finally decided to not charge me for fixing their mistake. They gave me an excuse about NAPA sending them the wrong parts but why would they use the wrong parts in my car if you're a certified mechanic?!
I could see that it didn't even fit right. I'll never go back there again!
