I highly recommend this place I always come here to have my car serviced and maintained. Have never and I mean NEVER had an issue or anything like that working with these guys at car city has been quite an amazing experience! Recently traded in to get a new car and the quality and service has well exceeded my expectations yet again with such a great deal. I called on a Monday to schedule a NC Inspection. I was offered a number of choices on my desired day (Wednesday). Everything went smoothly, my car was inspected, passed. This process was done efficiently. I have been a customer there for the state inspections for a couple years now. Always happy with the job done and the process.

So thankful for this place! I wasn’t sure I’d get something I’d like with my financial situation. They ended up putting me in something way better than I expected. Went there looking for a good used car with low mileage and found a beautiful car with very low mileage. The whole staff was very courteous and kind. Tom was awesome securing a good rate for my loan. I was in and out in only a few hours. Thanks to Kim for helping with the sale of the car and Tom for your help with the paperwork. Bought a car from here about 2 months ago and now the car is having major problems. Live almost 4 hours away from the dealership but their only resolve to this issue is to bring the car back to their crappy shop. Mind you, the car was JUST serviced there last week!!! The service manager is rude. Even spoke to the GM of the dealership and he was rude as well. Crappy car, crappy staff, crappy dealership.

Don't even ask. Just do your car shopping elsewhere... Enough said.... I would love more than anything to share grave detail, but until the legal powers at be and law enforcement completed their investigation. I shall remain silent. Again go do your shopping elsewhere. Just because you none or poor credit doesn't mean you don't have to settle for sub par. Go to myrtle beach Mitsubishi or Kia or Nissan, beck any other name dealer. You're better off even with poor credit.
