Update! It’s December 2021, it’s been several years with no issues.
Joe and Brett of Jennex Custom Fence are professional and easy to work with. They answered all my questions, including questions other contractors quotes promised that I didn't see in their quote. Jennex quote was $200-$500 less than the other four quotes I received. They answered all my questions on HOA matters. The crew was courteous and efficient, work was completed in one day for 120 ft and 2 gates and no mess was left. All I had to do was add a little dirt around a few posts after the dirt settled from rain. The material

We had an appointment on Wednesday 5/30/19 at 12pm for someone to come out and give us an estimate. No one showed up or called. I called the next day and left a message asking why no one showed up for the appointment and that I would like a call back. Still have not heard from anyone.
UPDATE:
Finally they responded over a year later stating they have no record. Didn't confuse them with anyone else. They are just poor at responding. Obviously since it took over a year to respond to the original review.

We had a pretty good experience overall with Jennex Custom Fence. I would give 4.5 stars. At the time of our estimate, we were finishing up our new home build and I couldn't pin point an exact install date until we had our cert of occupancy. I had to push back the install a couple of times which they were very patient and accommodating over. Once we knew install date, I confirmed with the GM the exact date to start install. The day before, I confirmed with him and was told it would be the following week before they could start install. That was a bit annoying, since we had a confirmed date only

Very pleased with Brett, Joseph, and their entire crew. Very professional and fantastic work. Proactive communication and reasonably priced. Have used another fence company in the past (felt like a number and revenue). Jennex gave us personal/caring attention and will be using for all future projects.

Jennex Custom Fence employees pay attention to pure detail and getting the job done right the first time. The Jennex Fence employees know how to manage time and finish the job within a reasonable time period. The Jennex Fence employees do not finish the job as soon as possible without checking over their work at the end of the job. They make sure that everything is done correctly the first time.
