Just needed gates installed on both sides of my house. 2 or 3 companies refused the job saying it was too small, 1 company said they were pricing out jobs for late September (this was early June, 2021), another for late August. Fence Pro was in line with other quotes but Alan said they would do the job in late July. They showed up on the day promised, explained everything & discussed placement. The installers were moving right along when severe storms rolled in & dumped 3" of rain in a couple of hours, flooding both side yards. Same thing happened the following week & we were finally good to go

I had scheduled a price quote last month and this morning was the morning of my appointment. I was running about over 30 mins late and Alan still waited for me and made sure I was assisted and answered any questions I had. As a first time home owner that has no idea about HOA & the fencing process I was extremely thankful he took the time to patiently explain everything to me. Alan was very detailed and timely in response. My HOA took some time for approval and he was there every step of the way providing them with all the information needed. I have never written a review on a company before but I am just so unsatisfied with my experience. I would say the pricing is fair but customer service is terrible. I have called in multiple times and have been unable to get ahold of anyone other than the rude receptionist. Every time I call I am just asking for a call back from the gentleman that has come to my house to give me an estimate because I have additional questions. Her only response is that she will get him a message which I wouldn’t know if he got the message or not because I have yet to speak with him.I have also sent emails directly

Allan's crew expertly installed our fence and gates 6 years ago. Normal wear and tear left us with some broken pickets that needed repair. Allan taught me how to fix the pickets (I'm not handy) and got me the parts I needed. Now the fence looks like new! The after the sale service was awesome! I would recommend Fence Pro.

Fence Pro is great! Allan was very professional and they did an amazing job in just one day! I had my fence installed 2 years ago and when I called Allan today about a broken piece of my fence he gave me a replacement part at no cost! I researched many fence companies before deciding on Fence Pro. I was impressed with the professionalism of the company owner and his responsiveness to my many questions prior to signing the contract. The workers were professional and polite and worked all day without a break. The crew leader did an amazing job. He was diligent and determined to get the job completed, even with some unexpected problems that he managed to work out. During the last heavy storm a tree limb had fallen on my fence and broke one of the post caps. I had called all over Florida and had called the manufacturer to obtain a replacement cap without success.
My grandson had FencePro of Tampa Bay install his fence recently and was extremely satisfied with Allan, the owner and his crew. I emailed Allan and explained my problem and that I wanted to purchase a couple of Elite Post Caps. He arranged for me to stop by and get the caps while I was visiting my grandson. Excellent customer service.

Hired fence pro to install the fence in our backyard, and we are extremely pleased with the results. Allen the salesman, was very courteous and extremely professional throughout the entire process leading up to the installation. The installation crew showed up on time, we're extremely polite to my wife who is tending to our baby son, and even looked out for our dog when my wife had to let her outside.

My fence install was in November 2017. Unbeknownst to any of us, my neighbor's sprinkler line happened to be on our property and the men had to do a repair on her sprinkler.
Only a couple of weeks ago, my neighbor called me to tell me she thought the sprinkler line had another leak.
I emailed Alan, the owner of Fence Pro, with the concern and he sent someone out immediately.
Kudos to foreman Henry for his strong work ethic. Issue was taken care of to mine and my neighbor's satisfaction.
I honestly was worried they may not come out since the install was three months ago, but they did!

They know about the spec requirements and have done a lot in the neighborhood, are knowledgable, seem to use good quality materials, and the install and finished product looked great BUT.. that did not outweigh the cons and negative experience I had as well as the fact they broke 2 of my sprinkler heads in my irrigation system.
I ordered the installation a month ahead however the installation date was delayed over 2 weeks and I was not told this until 3 days before the scheduled install date ( when the install date was just confirmed a few days prior). They said it was the manufacturers fault

I scheduled the install with them and they were scheduled 6 weeks out so I waited since they were the lowest quote I had received. The day came and I was told they would be there from 9am til 4:30ish. They finished around 1PM and as soon as I got home, I knew why they were done so early. Every single piece of dirt that they dug up was left all over my yard. It was a mess. I called to ask them if that was normal and they assured me it was not and they would be out to clean it up. 2 days later and they still hadn't come to clean it up. And then it rained for 2 straight days so my dirty yard
