The crew of Midland Fence and Construction did a superb job on our vinyl fence this past week. We had high heat temperatures and they still managed to get the job done. Once the fence was finished they took the time to do a final walk around and explained what they did, even told me they took care of the debris cleanup for me. I am very pleased with my new fence as much as my two doggos who can now run around and be happy in. Highly recommend and will use them for any future projects!

We signed our contract on April 22. The time estimate was 3-4 weeks to complete. He didn’t start on our fence until July 2. The actual fence is lovely. However he installed the back gate backwards and put the hardware so anyone outside can open the fence. He left 3” bolts exposed inside the handle so of you aren’t careful you’ll shred your arm. He told us we were wrong about the gate and that we don’t know what we are taking about. He still hasn’t finished the job and threatened us with a lien on our property if we didn’t pay for the completed job, which is still unfinished. He also

Dennis with Midland Fence and Construction was great to work with. He was easy to get ahold of & quickly gave us a quote. Midland Fence & Construction put in a high quality fence around our backyard and it was just what we wanted. Dennis worked with us to customize a bigger gate for one side of the house and the fence turned out great. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a fence.

He did all the work by himself, including building our fence doors, which turned out Great!!
I did give 4 stars for communication though. He was in a serious accident - which he notified via facebook page, which did cause delays. Just wish he would have contacted us to advice would delay when he would be available.
Hope next season he's healed and can do more fencing! Would be ashame if he couldn't. He did such great work!
