I had my main bath brought down to studs and replaced with new cement board on walls and new sub floor. All new plumbing, tub, vanity, lighting, exhaust, tiled walls, floors.
My downstairs 1/2 bath turned into a full. All new plumbing and layout borrowing storage room. Beautiful walk-in shower with a bench. Again, everything brand new and beautiful.
Their team was very professional and did quality work. They handled all needed subcontractors wonderfully. The subcontractors were all professional and did great work too. I would highly recommend them for bathrooms or really any construction needs

This is a very reputable business. Derek will work until you’re satisfied…whatever he’s working on. He has touched up finishes on stained wood barstools for me, painted stone fireplace surrounds, painted walls, retouched stained cabinetry, done work on faux wood look garage doors and just about everything else. He’s congenial, easy to work with and dependable. One time he even reorganized all my old paint cans and got rid of the bad ones.

Our experience with Overton Renovation Solutions was outstanding from our initial call to them all the way until even after the work was completed. With all the rain and flooding recently, it was hard to find someone but Overton came through in a big way. They were responsive, friendly and extremely helpful. We had flooding in our basement and needed help removing and disposing of wet carpet. They arrived with in a couple hours and were done in less than an hour. The workers were efficient, professional, friendly and respectful of our situation and our property. The price was also reasonable

Class all the way. Champagne results on a beer budget. I was amazed at how Derek can take an idea from just his mind and make it real right there in my living room. Great people to work with. Very professional and also surprisingly affordable for the amazing craftsmanship you get. They keep all areas clean and nice as they work and I have allergies so that was important. Its a Family owned local business in Central IL with local ties to the community. They were everything I asked for and more!!

The whole crew was a pleasure to have around home as they worked and the outcome was exactly what we wanted. The guys made the remodel fun and loved them all. Overton Renovation Solutions are the real deal! I had seen their work in person from working along side of them remodeling Biaggi's restaurants around the country. I knew when I saw how good of work they do that I wanted them to paint the exterior of our home

I can't say enough concerning the positive experience working with the Overtons. Derek just completed a remodel of the kitchen in a sorority of which I am on the Housing Corp. Board. First of all, we had a specific timeline in which work needed to be completed which was met with time to spare. Planning and preparation was done efficiently so materials and subcontractors were available as needed. Derek took our ideas, made suggestions and designed the project as cost effective as possible.
