We have had Steve and his family install floors in three separate condos for our family. Each time the work was done flawlessly - and they all look amazing. His install crew are fast, friendly and very professional. I accidentally overpaid an invoice, and they returned hundred of dollars to me before I noticed. Highly recommended.

Your two floor people, Patrick and Sergio, who did my floors were excellent at their craft. Not to mention wonderful guys. The explained all they were doing and watching them take up the old carpeting was something else.
Because of COVID I waited longer and was comfortable when the two men came into my house

I live in a condominium and this Fall i had Floors by Steve put wood flooring in my kitchen and dining area. Steve helped me pick out the wood and color. I really like the choices he helped me with. He and his assistant were done with the installation within one day. It was very neat and clean when they left. Steve also added a finishing touch with a couple of the floor boards. My new floor is way better than i imagined. I've had friends and relatives over and they really like the end results. My condo looks so clean and it is nice to walk on. I hired Floors by Steve to refinish our hardwood floors which are on the entire main level. I was able to stay elsewhere during the days they completed the work, and was pleasantly surprised when I returned home at not only beautiful the floors looked, but also how clean the workmen left my home. All of the poly was removed and everything was dusted. There was still some dust residue in the air which cleared after another day and is to be expected. Steves’ also was the lowest estimate I received.

Steve and his crew were incredibly helpful every step of the way re-doing our floors, and we’re thrilled with the results. We refinished half of our main level and installed new for the other half, with some extra patches in the old. We shared our concerns with matching the old to the new, but they made us feel confident they could do it right. They delivered. They were open and honest throughout the process and made sure we understood what they were doing. We’re very happy with the results.

We just had our hardwood floor installed throughout the first floor by 'Floors by Steve'. We were so pleased regarding the results and the ease of the process. Steve helped us figure our which floor we needed. The area we wanted to cover had several different subfloors. Steve inspected our site thoroughly and gave us detailed advice. All appointments went well and on time with great flexibility from the shop. The installation went very smooth. Everything and everybody was predictable and stuck to the time schedule. The showroom is great with pleasant service and incredibly large selection

Floors by Steve just completed refinishing a bedroom, hall and stairs in our 104 year old home. The cost of the work was as good as the quality of work. The person assigned to do our project was Luis, a master at his trade. He was always on time and very professional. We have a second refinishing project to do in the near future. We will turn to Floors by Steve again.

We had FBS rip out old tile in our kitchen, install new hardwood and refinish our living room floors to match. Our whole experience with Floors by Steve was perfect. Lisa was very knowledgeable and friendly during the bid process, they were very accommodating to our timeline needs and the quality of work was top notch. There was not one thing that I wished they would have done differently. We had Ricky and Louis doing our installation and they we were such hard workers and very detailed. Can not recommend them enough.

I wasn't sure to expect after reading some reviews. I got 4 bids for this project and chose Steve's based on the price, customer service from the get go and throughout, and because they run a family operation. This was by far the most pleasant home-related "repair" experience I've had. From the people in the showroom, an appraiser, the owner, installers (ask for Ricky and Tony!), all positive. Give them a call. My review comes unsolicited - I told them I was so pleased that I wanted to post for others to see.

I used Floors by Steve for my home when I removed some old parquet tiles from over an original hardwood floor. When they came out to measure, they saw black mastic and said it looked like asbestos so they wouldn't even measure until I had it tested. The test came back negative for asbestos and then they didn't want to come back to measure, made me go into the store first to pick out my floor. Well I wanted cork floor and I think they decided I wasn't an important customer because their service was rude. They made me buy more flooring than I calculated I needed and at the end
