We've had the pleasure of working with Anderson Ladd on a couple projects in our home and based on those experiences we highly recommend Anderson Ladd for all of your flooring needs. Incredible, above and beyond customer service from employees who care and take pride in their work. On time every time and ready to do their job. The Anderson Ladd installers were knowledgeable and friendly craftsman that did an impeccable job. Our custom hand scraped, french bevel with burnt edge solid hickory wood floor is stunning and the most beautiful hickory flooring we've seen.

Anderson Ladd is unreliable, does not execute projects on time, and does very poor work.
We hired Anderson Ladd to fix 20 sq ft of water damaged wood flooring. The project was delayed by a month because they ordered the wrong material. When the team finally worked on the project, they replaced boards that were not damaged with wood that did not match our existing floors. They left the boards with the most damage in place. The team came to our house to look at the "finished" project and they admitted that they were embarrassed with the results and would work to fix it. However, the next day, they
