One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. No showed three of the five days. No communication, I had to call each time to find out what is going on. apparently they feel you should either be at your house 24 hours a day for their convenience or give them the keys to your home. Betty is one of the most clueless people I have ever dealt with. Never realized there was a problem or show any concern for how the job is going. They don't do the work themselves by the way they use subcontractors, so the communication takes even longer and more clumsy. I am actually embarrassed that I hired them

I used DB Floors about 6 years ago and was really happy with the result. I had them come out to do another room. I am really disappointed this time. The two floors do not match!!! It looks like they coated it with a matte finish instead of gloss. Be sure to let them know the finish you want. DB Flooring contacted me and reimbursed the expense of having my floors coated to have a shinier finish! It seems we had a communication error, call them if you have an issue they are willing to work it out! Thanks DB Flooring! The sanding was very nice!

I had a very negative experience with D.B. Flooring on 9/5/13 and would not recommend them to anyone.
Two days prior I had a very nice, helpful conversation with a woman from their company via telephone. She and I scheduled an appt for Betty to come to our house at 3:00 on 9/5. We were interested in having them refinish our hardwood floors and Betty was going to give us an estimate. On the day of the appt, Betty called me at 3:00 to say she was at the house. I apologized and said my husband was on the way and would be there in a few minutes (later I found out the interstate was down to one
