Eid-Co Homes originally started as Eid Brothers Construction in 1951 and focused on building affordable homes for the soldiers returning from war. Today, under the leadership of 3rd generation builder, Jason Eid, Eid-Co Homes still works to provide affordable housing and home ownership to the community.
Jason is the third generation owner of Eid-Co Homes, taking over the position of president in 2007. Jason is continuing the company tradition of providing affordable housing and home ownership in our communities. Eid-Co Homes has several home building designations, including Certified Green Professional (CGP), Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS), and North Dakota Professional Builder (NDPB).
No matter which stage you are at in life, looking at our patio home floor plans can give you options you may not have considered yet. We build beautiful homes without stairs; our patio homes do not have basements or upper levels. We take pride in the craftsmanship of these homes, using long-standing relationships with the highest quality companies for our trades.

York LX air source heat pump-heating & cooling system that uses outside air as heat source, can be up to 20% more efficient than other methods.

Poorly constructed cookie cutter homes in the Fargo Moorhead area. Crummy homes thrown together on a wood foundation to cut costs. If you decide to spend the extra cash and request a concrete foundation, you will still get a craptacular home. These guys wouldn't know craftsmanship if it bit them in the butt. Save yourself the money and buy a real home with a good resale value.
