UPDATE 2: Stone has fallen off both sides of our home
UPDATE: BLACK MOLD was found under the project that was refused to be worked on.
have been waiting 6 months for my flooring to be redone, have reached out twice regarding this and no work has been started on this. They do not put value on their customers after they have closed.

As first time home owners, Brookstone has been wonderful to work with. All of our questions and concerns get addressed in a timely and professional manner. Nicole has been a lifesaver during this new venture in our lives where we don’t know the ins and outs of actually owning a home; she always is kind and explains things very clearly. We love our home and look forward to working with Brookstone in the future as well.

I was very happy from start to finish with our Brookstone home. We have had minimal issues /repairs with this home and anything that has been needed to be fixed has been done in a reasonable amount of time. The workers are incredibly respectful between a pleasant wave hello, asking us at times if they are being too loud, to being aware

I don’t even know where to begin. We love the homes they build but we have had many issues just trying to build a house that I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. We were eager to start the process and got pre-approved, submitted an offer and that’s when the issues started. We could never get an answer from their realtor as to what was going on. If it weren’t for our realtor we wouldn’t have had any clue what was going on because they wouldn’t respond to us. A week later we finally got an acceptance from Brookstone. This was after multiple phone calls from us and our realtor. We were

Trying to work with Brookstone Property (or Cobblestone Properties-- not sure why they have multiple business names floating around) has turned out to be a nightmare. Their website claims, "Ask any of the employees how we always get the job done and they will all tell you it is because we are team" and my husband and I are finding quite the opposite.
We had a leak in our ceiling that we found in July 2013-- they came to cut a hole in the ceiling and fix the pipe in a fair amount of time, but it is now December and we are still waiting to have the drywallers come and 100% finish the project. In
