I have a 2015 Jeep Sahara and never had to "warm it up" before these last couple of cold, winter Eugene months. I always have it parked in my garage and usually I go in and turn it on 5-10 minutes before I go out. Well, tonight I did the same thing but when I went to get in it, the damned thing had locked me out. Never done this before. I was freaked out.

Joe was great and persevered. He had to take three different approaches before he could open a keypad controlled Kwikset lock. He arrived early and patiently dealt with a very stubborn lock.

As a constant habitual key looser simon has always come to my rescue. I have been using him for over 5 years and always have had a great outcome.Since we needed so many keys made he recommended a App based locking system for our facilities.While doing the work the city threw some challenges along the way. I called for a replacement key, was quoted for a dealer lock with key fob. They came with a valet style key and informed me it was $75 for service, $140 for miles (34 miles each way) and $160 for the key. I said Cancel as the dealer would tow and give two key fobs for $425. They then said oh, we will give you a fob key if you give us the valet

I had my purse stolen (with my car key inside) yesterday and had to get my rav4 key replaced. I called at 8pm yesterday and could have had it fixed last night (extra cost), so I opted to have it taken care of this morning. I was given a 2 hour window when she would come, she arrived towards the beginning time of the appointment. She was kind, professional, and fast. I called Locksmith Eugene for help to get my bike rack off my truck, urgently. They were able to see me right away and removed the lock and helped me remove the rack for only $20. Simon just came over to my house and helped me with issuing a new refurbished master key fob and secondary master key for my newly acquired used Lexus GX470 which came delivered from a dealership from Sacramento without any of the keys except for the valet key. Don't recommend this business i called and they gave me a quote 50$ then called back 20 minutes later to say it would be 75$ so I called pop a lock and they got here in ten minutes and was only 65$
