Just moved into Eugene and we needed new keys for the door locks. Heyman's got Caleb out here as fast as they could, and he did a fine job replacing front and back door keys, plus reprogrammed a couple push locks and provided new keys and code. That's a lot of work to do in an hour, but the cost was very reasonable, and I'm a satisfied customer!

I have found Heyman's to be exceptional in all aspects of doing business. I have had car door replacement cylinders keyed here, obscure device keys duplicated, and worn car keys recut to work smoothly. For the key recut job I was able to get the working key plus two copies for less than it was going to cost just for the recut at a closer place in Eugene.

Went in today to get a simple CH509 key cut. I was refused service because i didn't drive our 68' semi truck and trailer to their shop. For those that dont know , a CH509 is a cam lock key found on tool boxes, tarp boxes. low security boxes. You can order them online if you can wait for shipping. There are millions of these locks and keys out there. Any way I normally go to Eugene lock and safe a couple blocks down from these people but didn't. I was amazed at the treatment I received. Again this is a low security lock. I could have bought a cam lock with the key off of the back shelf behind their

Best Local Locksmiths and Best Service! These gentlemen extracted a broken key in my auto ignition in less than 20 minutes (another well-known local locksmith couldn't do it at all & after 20 minutes wanted to charge me $100 to try again -- no thanks). Also, Heyman's will cut keys that neither Jerry's, Fred Meyers, et al aren't able to do. Need security, locks, and key cut needs? I've shopped around and Heyman's is THE go-to for these needs.
