DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Poor service, overchraging, and poor time mangement. We have hired United and they left us with a life wire in the unit, without letting us know, and incompleted or poor faulty parts and they couldn't even install a thermostat properly. Their technichians will just sit in the parking lot to run up time. They also will charge you, the client, to train their techs by adding a second person on the billing for a one man job.

6.16.21 @ 8:30 a branded United Maintenance truck driver nearly caused an accident with me on I285. He approached from behind exceeding the speed limit by at least 20 MPH, then cut me off and brake checked me. I narrowly avoided a dangerous accident. After following up with management, I was promptly brushed off and pushed off of the phone. I advise management to take these issues more seriously.
